I ordered a trench coat, and the fit is pretty good. The fabric feels durable, not thin, Delivery was a bit slow, but customer service answered my emails quickly.

I ordered a watch for my daughter from this company in November. I have never received it, even though they stared it had been dispatched several times. They then said they had an authorised a refund when it still never appeared but I have yet to receive this, they are completely ignoring my emails regarding this. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I ordered some ski pants from them in November which never arrived. They kept telling me that they were on the way and when I asked for a refund they told me that they had issued it but I never received it. Now not responding at all...

I ordered a coat which took over a month to arrive. The coat has no tags so I can’t even return it and get my money back. The coat was advertised as 100% real suede but what I received was 95% polyester and looks nothing like the picture. I’m so upset that I spend money on this.

Ordered a coat, like many with 1 star reviews. Only to met with automated responses and never received the product. Reported to my bank as a scam operator. It is worth noting, this is a drop shipping website. So whilst others have had great service, they have an issue with a partner they are using.

The vintage boots look exactly as they do in the photos. They were a bit stiff at first, but after wearing them twice, they feel much more comfortable.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. My item didn't arrive and I contacted tropic soul several times asking for an update on my order, however all they did was send me a blank tracking code with no information on it. After 3 weeks passed I requested a refund and they continued to tell me my item was in the way. Despite constantly asking for a refund I am still yet to recieve it. It has now been almost 6 weeks, I have no item and no refund. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy from here.

Got the vintage calf boots, and they are surprisingly comfortable. I walked around in them all day, and my feet felt fine. The brown color matches almost everything in my closet. I just wish they came in a fancier box, but the boots themselves are great.
