I received a faulty item. I emailed Tropic Touch and I had an immediate response and fast delivery of the replacement item. I would highly recommend this company. Very fast delivery, excellent communication and brilliant customer service.

Smooth and quick transaction. Goods were posted/delivered within 24hrs of placing an order. However, one of my lotions came damaged, I believe it would be due to handling by the delivery company where the neck of the bottle was like squeezed in so unable to lock the cap. I’ve emailed customer services and they have been nothing but brilliant and quick from Andy. They have send me another bottle!! Would highly recommend!!

Great sunbed shop. Most of all nice team and generous. Chatty owners/staff and make you feel like they’ve known you years. Clean and immaculate and they clean the beds after use of clients(some shops you have to do this) they do a very generous nhs discount also if you have a blue light card. The parking is okay too. This is my new place to come. Very knowledgeable on creams. The beds are hot! Love it!

Honestly can not fault Andy and his team.
Found on tiktok. Loved the low prices which as of yet I haven’t found cheaper and don’t think I will. Customer service was quick and happy to help. I brought fast track to black, spf lip balms and a pot of face accelerator. I used them all and saw instant results which kept developing for well over 24 hours. I’m so shock that it’s worked so well. I’m so incredible happy not to be Casper the ghost anymore. I have a beautiful glow head to toe.
