Lovely hammock
Very happy with the product. My first hammock to be honest but it’s lovely and comfy and seems well made.
There was a small stitching defect I contacted them about just to say if it got worse I would want them to know it wasn’t me that caused it and I was immediately offered a discount on the purchase. Really nice customer service.

Very good quality
Very quick delivery. Ordered 15-05 and delivered 20-5 in Portugal. When I place an order at a company in Portugal it takes between 7 days and 3 weeks. The hammock is from very good quality and the colors are exactly like the picture on internet. I am very happy with this company.

I didn’t know these hammocks are coming…
I didn’t know these hammocks are coming from Nederland until I tracked the parcel. Extra point for this option.
The shipment was pretty impressive.
I’ve ordered on 7.04.2022 and got it delivered on 12.04.2022.
There was a weekend during that time which always slows down the shipment.
Hammock is from Colombia and looks like they know what they’re doing.
It is a bit to early to say if the hammock,which is a premium version, is a real heavy duty stuff.
It has been used for a week and had two persons in it and looks fine.
I like that if you are in the hammock you can hide inside like in the cocoon which is convenient if it’s chilly.

Overall, a very nice hammock. One component of the hanging set does not feel too safe, though. I refer to the ``oval ring with horizontal link'' shown in step 4 of the hanging instructions. The horizontal link appears to be too flexible and it bent already after sitting a few times on the hammock. I am considering replacing, as it does not feel completely safe.
