The team at Troutcatchers are incredibly helpful and their customer service is second to none!

I have purchased a number of items from them now and not received any form of bad service. Postage is fast, communication excellent and even when you have an issue, they offer effect, fast responses to help deal with your issue.

I recently attended an event they put on at Elinour trout fishery and the event, minus the wind, was an incredible success! The team had a vast array of Snowbee equipment on sale including special discounts which I took advantage of!

The way the event ran, with the special appearance of Snowbee's Simon Kidd was fantastic, offering group demonstrations to one on one guidance on the water, it was a phenomenal day.

Most of all, after meeting the team, I got the feeling they just care. They care about their customers, they want you to have what you need and they do NOT push anything on you! The level of service is the way in which the team remembered my name from my previous orders, though my last order was infact months prior to this event!

I can not recommend Troutcatchers enough, they are great place to get everything you need and at fantastic prices!

I'd like to thank you, not only for the event at Elinor, but for your continued service to the fly fishing community and it is clear to see the commitment you have to the sport.

Placed an order for a few items, one of them which was out of stock (my fault for picking it). Nick was right back to me by phone and email, advising me of an alternative. I gave him a call back and problem was sorted. Items arrived by Royal Mail three days later. Thanks to Nick of Troutcatchers, ......not forgetting Royal Mail delivery team. All this during COVID-19 lock down.
