A company's service is tested when things go wrong.
Issue 1. Rims delivered were not consistent with the photo/ images as per sales page and what I ordered. When I asked for the issue to be fixed I was told they would question the manufacturer. It has been weeks and heard nothing since. Issue 2: The recommended wheel sizes for the rims were not suitable for my car in Italy... despite the company assurances and 'expert option' on their tyre certificate. In their certificate document it actually states that priority must be given to what is stated on the vehicle logbook/ document. Wish they told me that before I purchased their recommendation. Have logged a complaint as asked to exercise their 30 day returns policy... and nothing.. no response. Oh well, now and then you get scammed and no point wasting another minute with this business. I'll have to try sell them tyres elsewhere.
