Discrete, efficient and professional. Right from the very first inquiry, through the screening, triage and prescription, it has been a reassuring experience working with these guys. I've been with this clinic (used to be XY) for coming up to a year.

I picked them because I'd made enquires with several other clinics and found they were mostly disorganised and communication's were pretty hopeless.

Arn (my primary contact at XY) has always been responsive and Dr Jansen is very knowledgeable. I wish my regular GP was!

As for the protocol itself, it has made a big difference to my life. If you are struggling with low T symptoms it might be right for you.
