Quick delivery. Able to sleep on a long haul flight , fist time ever .
Would recommend

As an under-tall adult, I finally realised what I need is the Junior Trtl as the adjustable one is way outside my budget and only comes in boring colours. My Junior Trtl and I have travelled many thousands of miles now and although it's not perfect (for me) it's a lot better than the standard soft sausage neck support and does allow some sleep on long journeys.

One star lost as they don't sell replacement covers but you have to buy the whole thing with the frame each time. It would be nice to have a choice of colour and also the option to change the cover if the original one gets mucky while travelling. Although they do wash well and dry in a few hours.

And one last plea - your Junior Trtls are brilliant for people like me but I wish you'd promote them more just as 'Small'. So much more dignified for us adults. And please, please make them in the cool fabric ... thank you :)

I used my trtl on a 9 hr flight and I had a very comfortable journey. I have an arthritic neck and found it supportive and stable.

I received the wrong colour by mistake and I was very impressed that the company took the initiative to get in touch with me and ask if I’d received the wrong colour then offer to send me the right one, along with a return postage label for the incorrect colour. Now that’s great service!! Respect.
Oh and it’s a great product for someone who rarely sleeps on planes.

I’ve travelled a lot in my life and tried different travel pillows. This one is amazing. I had to buy a new one as my mum was using mine as she had a neck problem!! Highly recommended

I bought the TRTL Pillow Plus specifically for long-haul flights after reading so many glowing reviews. Unfortunately, my experience could not have been more different.
The main problem is very simple: it does not hold my head securely. The fabric feels surprisingly slippery, so instead of the internal support staying firmly in position, the whole pillow gradually rotates around my neck when I lean my head against it. Once it moves, the supposed support disappears and my head simply follows it.
I tried different heights, positions and levels of tightness, but could not find a configuration that was both comfortable and actually supportive. Tightening it enough to reduce movement only made it more uncomfortable.
For something marketed as an ergonomic alternative to a conventional travel pillow, I expected the internal structure to provide stable support without requiring constant adjustment. It doesn't, at least for me.
I am particularly disappointed because I bought the more expensive Plus version specifically for its adjustability. After trying it at home, I cannot imagine relying on it to sleep during a 15-hour economy flight.
Perhaps it works for certain body types, but given the overwhelmingly positive reviews online, I was genuinely surprised by how poorly the basic design worked for me.
I will be returning it.

The most comfortable sleep I've had on a plane, and I travel a lot! Orders sent very quickly, great delivery service.
