The lights took far too long to come…

The lights took far too long to come and I'm not happy with the lights as in the picture you advertise it shows these light to be prominent to be red.
There is only red bulbs around the perimeter of the light the rest is white and gives hardly any red effect and at the cost of what I payed with shipping cost I think is poor.
