Defective ECU returned

Defective ECU returned – warranty claim refused!

We purchased a Mercedes ECU from MB Truck Parts Group. The unit was defective and did not work.
The ECU was returned and a formal warranty claim was submitted.
Despite receiving the returned part, the seller refused to process the warranty claim.
This raises serious concerns about their after-sales support and reliability when supplying electronic control units.
Based on our documented experience, this supplier cannot be recommended.
