Truckexperts are scamming people false advertising cheap prices and when you order they ask for e transfer i refused and told them i would only buy and pay with visa vary hard to get a repy after several emails back and forth a days later finally they agreed to visa payment processed payment I paid in full was told that my order was being prepared for shipping days later i was notified that they could only ship me 3 rims and they would ship the 4 rim in three to four weeks i asked if they would switch to a different color and was told 2 different colers where out of stock and they would take days to answer my emails telling me that they had to talk to supplier after that it was there manager all takeing days for answers and was told that they would not change rims to a different color i ask them why would you process payment and advertise without checking stock they told me it was a inventory error on there part and they would ship 3 rims and the 4 in three to four weeks but wouldn't give me a date for the 4 rim so i told them ok but when they receive the 4th rim to ship me all 4 rims together i want my order shipped complete not separate a few hours later i get a email saying there supplier jest told them they cant get the rim after i was told 3 to 4 weeks for them to get it and there canceling my order by the way the rims are discontinued good thing i refused e transfer now waiting refund they would have shipped me 3 and refund 1 after 4 weeks maby more and when i sent the 3 back would have charged shipping and restocking fees this was a scam from the beginning buyer beware communication with these guys from the beginning was off lots of red flags

Terrible company, pretty sure they just flagship and purchase products from other companies to sell at a inflated rate. They'll also request you to pay them an extra 20 dollars through e-transfer for 2 day shipping and will still take a week to show up. From the purchase online it took them a week for them to receive the product and a bit plus another week for it to arrive. I wouldn't have given them such a back review if they would at least email me back.

Poor poor service never order from these guys .

They are a fraud, they do not follow on promise of delivery and ask for an etransfer for more money (because of extra delivery costs). They say it is free shipping, but it is not true.

I purchased a hitch from their website. I followed all the directions, entered all the necessary information, specifically to obtain shipping rates for my order. After carefully reviewing the charges and determining they were reasonable I submitted my order.

I received an email the next day stating that they had calculated the incorrect shipping charges and wanted another $50. I explained that I paid the price that the website quoted me, and, having worked in shipping before, this was not my problem but something their organization had to resolve. Companies I've worked for in shipping always ate the cost of mistakes they made. They didn't even offer anything other than "here are the ways you can pay", they CERTAINLY did not mention or offer to fix their website or shipping calculator.

I explained that they should take responsibility for this otherwise they will simply allow the practice to continue, because BEING AWARE of this issue means they have introduced a Bait-and-Switch, where they knowingly are offering lower prices but actively overcharging after-the-fact. I do not believe by any means that this is the first time this has happened, so I believe they are knowingly performing these shady business practices.

Instead of taking ownership they decided to cancel the order and give my money back. This company was NOT the cheapest, I went with them because they APPEARED to be reputable, but experience has proven this otherwise. I will take my money and go buy the exact same part from Wal-mart, I was just trying to "buy local" and support Canada, but this is what I got.
