I had an easy deal with truckman , found exactly what I was looking for and a straight forward order and delivery, all within a very short time scale.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Having purchased a Ford Ranger Wildtrak as a leisure vehicle, I wanted a hard top for the truck bed to keep any luggage dry and secure. Jordan was very helpful in suggesting the right tonneau cover and explaining the lead time for it to be delivered and fitted. As promised I had a call just before it was delivered to Truckman to arrange fitting and then a call at the beginning of the week ahead of the fitting day to confirm everything.

The fitting day went perfectly, everyone was very helpful and obviously cared about customer service and their work. When collecting the vehicle I was shown how the top opened and locked. Very pleased with the top and at how it is professionally fitted and finishes the car off nicely.

I would recommend Truckman without any hesitation at all. Their customer service, care, attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I can see why a main Ford dealer recommended Truckman to fit a top rather than having them do it!

I've used Truckman on a few occasions now as both my father and I have Ford Rangers and the product has always been great along with fantastic dispatch times.

Recently purchased a mountain top roller tonneau via online ordering. Ordering was very straightforward. Delivery was amazingly quick, arriving the following day. Excellent service.

Good website, easy to use, got lots of equipment and accessories, ordered 3 separate items, no problems and good communication, hopefully the products will be as good 👍

The initial issues were caused by the manufacturers delay in supplying the hardtop (4 months) and the lack of communication from the Truckman service team to keep me informed of this.

When we did communicate however, the team were very helpful.
Simple message - keep the customer updated.
All issues have now been resolved.

The quality of the hardtop is excellent, better than many I have seen.

My decked drawer system arrived very quickly as promised and after watching the installation video and reading through the instructions I was a little disappointed for several reasons. 1 being that when I was fitting it it had several slightly different bolts and nuts etc making it awkward, 1 of the bolts is between 10 and 11mm and not a general size used in the uk. If they made all the bolts and nuts uniform sizes it would simplify the installation. Once fitted there is lots of wasted space and the drawers are awkward to get things in and out of. Then there are no tie downs on the deck. Very solid though but overall disappointing.

Delivery was very prompt 2 days from purchase and the packaging was excellent - would be hard to accidentally damage the retractable cover we purchased

The only negative (minor) was the quality of the black and white instructions - however we found you could download the colour instructions from the website which proved to us to be more user friendly

Great communication from Truckman,slight delay but expected,excellent carrier for the extras you can never fit on camping breaks.

Great service, ordered the wrong product and got the right one over no quibbles.

Absolute shocking customer service, they sent me a wrong part & another part damaged, in all fairness they did send a replacement for the damaged part (it was damaged because it was poorly wrapped!) on to the wrong part, it’s been over two weeks now & no refund, I have proof of delivery & even a photo of the courier having one of the truckman employees signing for my package!!!!

I’ve sent countless emails to them & basically reply back with someone different each time, who replies “First I’ve heard of it!” & “I’ll chase it up for you” but nothing false promises

Also truckman have a ridiculously high price for postage

First class company, with first class service, will use them again.
