What can I say, there’s more than one reason we keep coming back to these guys

Needed a replacement spoiler for my pick-up hard top due to the original breaking, Bob at truckman managed to source me one and it was delivered the day after I ordered it. Hard-top spares are a little on the pricey side but the spares I've ordered so far were in stock and high quality.

Highly recommended this company.
From start to finish they have been so helpful and knowledgeable. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Arrived on site to have a tow bar fitted on a discovery. arrived on site at 8.15am for a 3 hour job and was informed at 1.30pm that they had issues with the fitting and a cracked bumper. I was left in reception until 5.10pm once the job had been completed. To then be informed that the repair would be carried out as a good will gesture.
Nobody informed me with updates, issues or time scales of when the vehicle would be completed.
Customer service was not the best.

The repair to the bumper was resolved but funds have not been sent over as of yet and can I just make it clear that the repair is NOT a good will gesture this should be carried out as the vehicle was in truckmans care for the instalment of the tow bar.

I am not disputing the repair I'm pointing out the whole customer service was terrible, I was sat in reception all morning, not one person informed me on the vehicle and to say I was informed straight away, we all know this is not true. the bumper would have been the first part removed at around 9am and I was informed by another individual at 1:30pm and when i returned at 2pm I had to ask the receptionist to get someone to come and speak to myself. While waiting all day not one person asked If I needed anything and no updates on how long or the progress with the vehicle.

Bought a second hand Truckman top for my Ford Ranger booked and paid for an appointment with Truckman to wire it up did a fantastic job re-aligned the top, very professional set-up nice waiting area and free coffee. The whole process of booking a time and install was very easy. Thank you

I bought a GLS top for my Ford Ranger at the end of April 2024, very happy with the top although there is over spray on the window rubbers, it was straight forward to fit and I had an auto electrician install the wiring loom and it was all fine and apart from the over spray I was very happy with it.

This is the really bad part in my opinion, the trunk was broken into a few weeks later and the person who broke into it just must have false the handle/lock on the rear window of the top and got in that way which looking at my CCTV took about 2 minutes. So the handle/lock is not up to the job and what surprised me more when it is opened it doesn’t set the alarm off ☹️. So after spending over £2500.00 I now have to spend over a £100.00 on a new handle and spend time fitting it myself or paying someone.

I’m really not happy about this as when I rang up after the break in although speaking to a nice lady no one seemed to care about my concerns.

So do not buy one if you are keeping tools in the the back or expensive items.

Great customer service from Emily and the team with recent problems with a faulty ARB awning warranty claim. Great communication by email, friendly staff and looked after my husband whilst the awning was replaced. Highly recommended.

Canopy for Nissan Nivara
Firstly my new canopy arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected .
We then had a wiring issue burning out an actuator (my fault I might add) following an email a replacement part arrived 2 days later no charge .!! Absolutely awsome customer service ,thanks so much ,and canopy looks great ,thanks again Truckman

Truckman fitted LH & RH Swing Cases to my Nissan Navara. They did an absolutely brilliant job. In addition everyone I met from Truckman was polite, friendly and helpful. This is how a business should be. Thanks to everyone at Truckman.

From the quality of workmanship to the friendly service and the excellent waiting areas. All topped off by front of house staff that were excellent at their job and attentive to customers as well.

I submitted a trustpilot review on 3rd January 2024 and got a response asking me to email them (which I did). I still to date have had no response. So not only are their hard tops not good quality, but neither is their customer service. I've asked to be forwarded to the Director Richard Langman and still no response.

I made my first contact with Tim and he was great, Gave me all the information I needed, Talked me through the process and I managed to purchase my new roll top cover with ease.

Very helpful and professional staff and works carried out and completed to a high standard

Rear handle needed urgently - came next day very good service!
