Took longer to get than I thought it…
Took longer to get than I thought it would and tie downs dont work for my application. Look very nice and heavy duty. Just cant use them. Sucks because I wasted money. Might look into something different.

Everything. I was not told they were not in stock and that I would have to wait a few weeks for them. That will definitly be my last order from them.

I reached out to customer service and told them the address needed to be changed. They said they did and it still shipped to the wrong address. No follow up from them after I reached out again.
