Urgent Order Delayed with No Apology or Refund
I ordered tools that were fairly urgent, as the company clearly states on their online store 'Dispatches in 24 hours', and I selected next-day delivery. After a week, I had to chase this up. During the call, I was told that they would dispatch the tool that day, without any apology.
I explained that they advertise the items as being in stock and that I had paid for next-day delivery, but she did not answer my concern and simply repeated that the tool would be dispatched that day. As a result, we lost time and wasted the next-day delivery premium, as no refund was offered.
It’s a shame, as the tools they sell are decent, but the people selling them are far from it.
