Best terpenes and customer service

I've been ordering from True Blue for nearly 5 years. This review is a long time coming.
They messed up my last order and doubled up on a fifty dollar bottle of terpenes. I emailed them and asked if I could get the flavor I was missing in a sampler pack and if they would make me a deal since I opened everything and I know they can't take it back.
Next day reply:

"Hello Levi,

We apologize for the mix up in your order.

Replacement 5ml Maui Wowie going out today via USPS: *tracking number omitted

Feel free to keep both bottles of the GDP.

Thank you."

Not only does this company have the best all natural plant derived terpenes, they also have the best customer service. Well done!
