I have purchased a couple of vehicles from TrueCar and I have always received outstanding pricing on the car’s I purchased

From the minute I contacted the dealer to the time the vehicle was delivered could not have went better. My first experience with buying out of state and it was great. Very good contact through out the whole process.

I am happy with this site except for one thing-later on, I received an email offering me a bonus amount off of what I THOUGHT was the car I had chosen(I think it was $1000) ,but then, after reading the offer more closely, it wasn't, in fact, on the car of my choice, but on a completely different model. Very disappointing!

We used TrueCar to find a local BMW dealer and ordered a car as the dealer did not have a single car in inventory or even one already enroute that was close to what we wanted. We paid full MSRP with a $2,500 deposit up front. More than a month later, we received the first communication that the car was "in production". Three weeks later after no further communication, my wife called the dealership and talked to the salesman's "partner" who looked up and said "the car is on the boat" - nothing more. My wife pushed as to what that might mean for actual delivery? Answer: About the first week of July.
Really? is that the best you can do for communication?

Very helpful and grateful but unfortunately I'm having a hard time trying to get the new Tacoma of my choice. Our son is a finance manager at a Toyota dealership he put in a preference to Toyota for a 2022 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 in Blue Crush and they are sending every color but blue. Its crazy but I'm hanging in there. We are also talking to other dealers. We will only buy from a dealer that is NOT charging anything over MSRP there's dealers out there you just have to find them.

your sign in process has been a night mare...everytime i try to get on it asks for a new passcode and it is so time consuming...

to start with the most important thing: I found the best price, they contacted me quickly and without any pressure. but when it comes to doing the paperwork that takes a long time unnecessarily. I think that is the only negative.

Very informative and easy to navigate the website. Pick what you want to view and add some filters and look through the inventory. Easy, easy!!!

I spent about three months searching the USA for a particular used car. During the search process, I used three different search tools, including TrueCar. All three worked however, I found TrueCar to be the most accurate (car featured was still available, new listings quickly identified, and easy to use) and gave the most information without further inquiry. I ended up finding the exact vehicle through TrueCar, and proceeded to purchase it. Can recommend TrueCar without reservation.

If I could, I would rate True Car with 10 stars because the True Car certificate I received and took to the dealership saved me $10,000. I was appalled to see a $10,000 markup on the buyer's invoice. I informed the salesman that I was not going to pay that amount and left. I went online, obtained a certificate from True Car, presented it to the salesman, he took it to his manager, the certificate was honored, which did not include the $10,000 markup. I'm happy to say I purchased the vehicle less the $10,000. As the slogan goes, "Never leave home without it!" referring to American Express. My slogan is never leave home without your True Car Certificate when purchasing a vehicle. Thank you True Car, Inc.
