AVOID AT ALL COST - Short Expiry Dates & Contaminated Products

I purchased 12 bottles of MG10X in September 2024, marketed as a 12-month supply (1 bottle per month). What I received was completely unacceptable:

SHORT EXPIRY DATES: All bottles expired 01/2025 - just 5 months into what should have been a 1-year supply. This means I was sold products that were already near expiration when purchased.

CONTAMINATED CAPSULES: Every single bottle contained capsules covered in white residue, as if capsules had disintegrated during manufacturing. I have photographic evidence showing this contamination across all bottles.

DISMISSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE: When I complained, they claimed the contamination was "normal" and "doesn't affect quality" - absolutely unacceptable for a supplement company. They offered 2 replacement bottles as if that resolves selling contaminated products with short expiry dates.

HEALTH CONCERNS: I started experiencing leg and foot cramps again - the exact symptoms that led me to supplement magnesium years ago. Coincidence? I think not.

The pattern of 1-star reviews here shows I'm not alone. Save your money and find a reputable supplement company that doesn't sell expired, contaminated products while claiming it's "normal."

AVOID AT ALL COST

This company is a textbook example of deceptive online marketing. I was lured in by what looked like a simple, generous offer: Buy ONE bottle of magnesium for $23 and get TWO bottles free. What actually happened? I was charged $75.99 — not for one, but for all three bottles.

From there, it only got worse. Every time I tried to complete the order, I was met with relentless upsell pages, pushing products I didn’t ask for and didn’t want. I had to click through multiple confusing screens, each designed to manipulate urgency and extract more money. It felt more like a digital trap than a checkout.

I immediately realized the bait-and-switch and tried to cancel the order right away. I was under the impression it had been canceled — only to receive an email the next day saying it was “processing.” I called customer service. The woman I spoke to acknowledged the issue but said the order had “already been processed” (even though tracking still shows it hasn’t left their warehouse six days later). She told me to “just write ‘Return to Sender’” when it arrives and I’d get a refund.

Guess what? Six days later — no package, no shipping update, no refund, and they still have my $76. It’s just a shipping label sitting in Pennsylvania with no movement. And now, of course, no one is answering their phones. I doubt they will until Monday, if at all.

This company operates like a slick funnel scam — the kind that gives natural health companies a bad name. They prey on trust with misleading pricing, dark-pattern checkout tactics, and zero accountability. If this is how they treat customers, I wouldn’t trust what’s in their supplements. For all I know, their magnesium is just chalk in a capsule.

Avoid this company at all costs. They don’t deserve a dime of your money or a minute of your trust.

I ordered and disappointed

I ordered. Got my formula. Made me break out in a rash and Ingot sick from it. Stopped using it and it cleared up. I asked for a refund and they refused. No care in how I was doing and zero empathy. I will not buy anything else from them.

Great service

I have been purchasing products from here for almost a year now. Always get my order right and I rarely have to wait long even though I live across the border. Quality seems a step above most other places.
