I enjoy the products, they have a great fit and I often get compliments, especially on the t shirts. It's the customer service that really stands out; they very quickly go above and beyond if there's an issue to be remedied.

I ordered three pairs of shorts, receive them and liked them enough that I ordered several more colors in the same size for a trip. Once received, I tried them on, but none of them fit! Same size but cannot even button them! Looked for a phone number, but they have none! Sent them an email, I still have not heard back from them. Sent them a text they’re not responding! Extremely disappointing customer nonexistent, customer service!

In addition, their clothing is truly top-notch for the value. I've tried most designer men's brands, and their stuff stands out at a reasonable price.

I've placed 2 orders with True Classic.
On the first order, I ordered the incorrect size but couldn't return due to the shirts being a sale item. I wasn't hopeful, but I reached out to customer service to see if there was anything that could be done.
To my surprise, I was offered a full credit and didn't have to go through the hassle of returning the original order.
The second order, I received 6 shirts, 2 of the shirts were delivered with an incorrect size. Yet again customer service solved this instantaneously and shipped out the correct size.
10/10 customer service and I'll be a loyal customer for years to come.

I ordered 4 shirts in a large based on the size recommendation I received from the website. When the shirts arrived they were a little too small. I didn't realize, until I tried to exchange them, that they were final sale and not returnable. I pled my case about using the website to determine the size and that I should not be penalized for that. I was ready the hear the word "No" and be shut down. Instead, I received a full credit for my order so I could order the size I needed and I could keep the shirts that didn't fit (I'll be giving them to my son). I immediately reordered plus bought some more shirts!
My new shirts have arrived and I love them. They fit perfectly and I love the material. I'm now a customer for life!

I have heard SO much about this brand, so I was excited to hear there was a brick & mortar store in nearby Glendale, so I could actually try the shirts on. It's a smaller store (they need a bigger one), but I was immediately helped by Vartuhi. She not only helped me pick out the right size and style of shirt, but once I was ready to purchase, she informed me of an insane sale.
Being a bigger guy, I love the way these shirts feel and look on me. I ended up walking out with three shirts and a lot of appreciation for the way I was treated as a customer.

The location at Westfield Valley Fair in San Jose has aggressive salespeople that are super annoying. The first person up to us to ask if we needed help, which is fine, but when we said no, they continued to ask what we’re looking for and whether we had a style we wanted. They did not back off. Then the first person didn’t tell second person that she’s already talked to us, so a minute later - if that - the other one came up did the same thing. Then they asked to hold stuff for us while we shopped when we were clearly done shipping. Just aggressive and annoying. We were only there 10 minutes and knew exactly what we wanted to see. We almost didn't buy what we came for because we were annoyed. This was Saturday 4/18 around 3:30 pm.

This is basically a drop shipping company. The clothing is dog shit. Support is dog shit. The AI is cheap, and you guessed it dog shit.

Placed an order on April 7th, was advised dispatch within 1-3 days. It’s now April 16th and it’s still not been dispatched. Contacted to cancel the order and their chatbot advised the order couldn’t be cancelled as it was placed more than 40 mins ago. Still awaiting a customer service rep to contact me.
