I had a appointment booked with Oliver…

I had a appointment booked with Oliver Jackson at 4:45 an hour before the appointment i received a reminder email then 10 minutes before the appointment was meant to start I received another email of them cancelling my appointment to witch I was very confused about so I emailed them asking why my appointment was cancelled to not get any email of explanation and I do not think that is very professional at all and just shows how they must treat all there clients and future clients thank yous for nothing
