It took forever to receive my leggings, almost 2 months and when they arrived I was so disappoint in the style. I thought I was getting classic full length skinny leggings but these things were capris length and belled out slightly at the bottom. They were hideous and obviously poorly made. I’ll never order from this company again

The legging are amazing! I really love them and they do make me look “fitter” than I truly am.
One negative is the shipping took way too long and when I returned a couple of items that were too small, that did take too long as well. Other than that, tha products were great!

I totally liked the way my outfit looks. The top fits good and the capris fit okay. I did however NOT like the fact that the capris don't have a gusset. All stretchy pants must have this feature! That all important triangle in the crotch is the difference between wedgie and comfort. I also was not happy with the see through material. Does NOT pass bend test!

I was very disappointed in my leggings.I have never had problems with length but these leggings are three inches to short.Quality was ok and shipping was good but it would have been great if I could wear them.

I've sent several emails asking about the status of my order with no response. I ordered on Dec.9 and haven't heard a thing. Hopefully my leggings will be worth the frustration.

scam website not as advertised and they force you into a newletter and judgement if you try to leave bad review . thats why they have fake reviews

My shipment took 14 business days to arrive which was really long. I had to reach out to even get them to ship them.

The truefeat site advertises falsely by having "free shipping and returns" posted in checkout. Yet if you read the returns policy it says you have to pay for returns. That is false advertising to have a contradiction on two parts of their site.

They also state on their site the leggings have a not slip fit but they don't. They fold over and definitely slip.

Won't be ordering again and will tell everyone one I know not to.

First of all, it may have been written somewhere, but since the leggings were on sale (may have been black Friday) they only offer a store credit upon return. I ordered 3 pairs (one of which was white and the other light beige, and both were very see-through so I needed to send them back). The 3 pairs all came in different shipments and took FOREVER to arrive. When all 3 finally arrived and I wanted to return them, they told me I could only get the credit for them. You have to fill out a form and then wait for an approval with an RMA. There is no return label, and you have to pay for the returns yourself. This is like customer service from the 1950s. I order many, many things online, and I find their policies and customer service to be very archaic and not at all customer friendly. I guess I'll use the credit for something but would never order from them again.

Very cheap fabric, poor fit and a no return policy unlike any I have ever seen. DO NOT BUY! A total racket. Wish I had read these reviews before I bought 😥

If it were possible to give minus 5 stars I would. The cheapest material ever, they are not even close to correct sizing, the top absolutely does roll down because the material is so cheap and they won’t give a refund because they said the $45.50 I paid was a reduced price. Don’t get swindled!

Customer service with this group has been absolutely TOP NOTCH!! Personally, I could not be happier with how quickly they’ve responded to my inquiries & handled all my transactions.

I ordered 1 pair of leggings and received them within the time frame they stated, BUT they are too big and about 3 inches to short. These were ordered off of their measurement guide. Now I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO RETURN MY EMAIL ABOUT RETURNING THEM.
I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE BUY FROM THEM! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

You have got to be kidding me!!!!!! I received my partial order on 11/24. I tried them on and they were to long. I have been trying for days to have someone send me a return form for a full reimbursement and all you sent me was that I could get a return credit for something else and an email wanting a positive review.... I still have not received my full order and you want me to give you a positive review????? Seriously?????!!!! Absolutely Not. I want my money back. These legging are not better than lululemon and the customer service is horrible!!!!!

UPDATE: A very nice lady from customer service did respond to my email and refunded my money. She gave me the option to replace the leggings or a refund. That was yesterday and I received notification of the refund today. I will reorder in the future.

Their customer service is excellent. So helpful and responsive! And, regarding the product, I prefer their leggings over Lululemon and Athleta!

These are the worst leggings ever! And they are from China so you can't return them, because their customer service is horrible. DO NOT BUY

I ordered from Truefeat from a promotional ad on IG. Reviews seemed good so I gave it a shot and since as a first time customer I got a discount. But it turns out to make the items impossible to return. I didn’t know this until my leggings came and I read the invoice. So I’m stuck (potentially, I’m in a back and forth email exchange) with a product that is far INFERIOR to any other brand of leggings I’ve tried including Athleta and Lululemon and random brands from places like Sierra Trading Post. The fabric of the leggings is much thinner and they are very slick which means no warmth in winter and a sweaty mess in summer. Very frustrated with this company, their poor products and very poor customer service.

I did not receive both the leggings I ordered. However..I was told they “arrived”. Sent emails to customer service…no response
