I received the 2 leggings and did not think they looked good on me at all. I was hoping that some of the hype was true but sadly no. Also they did not take them back even though I returned same week. Now I have to fight with cc company over charges.

Terrible customer service, and product is not true to size or good quality. Within 3 minutes of receiving the package and trying them on, I put them back in the package and knew they were poor quality. Made in China maybe? Not sure because they have a California address which makes it harder to trace where they are manufactured. I immediately reached out to the company. 2 days later in tge middle of the night, they generated a response asking to exchange the size. When I repeated that I want to return the item, they came back two days later, with, “ well how about a 30% refund and just keep the item?” I replied, “No. i don’t want them, I can’t wear them”. Then they came back suggesting a 50% refund. Finally, I had to call my credit card company for help. Beware. I don’t care how many reviews you see, I wouldn’t trust their legitimacy.

If you’re looking for high performance and flattering leggings, these white beauties are sure to bring compliments. Plus, they are reasonably priced. I’m a happy customer!

Ordered the wrong size originally asked for an exchange they dont do exchanges sent the item back in November 2024with tracking number received confirmation it was received it is now March 2 2025 have contacted them multiple times regarding my refund and was told it is processing!! I contacted them last week again and was told there was a glitch in the system delaying my refund DO NOT buy from this company once they have your money forget about getting any help

I have been trying to get an answer from this company since January 5 for 3 items that were never delivered. I wrote to them with the order number, date, and delivery address. I keep getting the same email, same verbiage, with ZERO response or remedy or refund. It's now been almost 2 months. They are a scam and a fraudulent company. There is ZERO opportunity to reach them by phone or otherwise. Yet their advertising and push to buy their items continue. DON'T DO IT.

I didn’t like the fit of the leggings at all. Didn’t stay up well. Athleta has a much better product. In fact I am returning them

Nov. 24, 2024. TrueFeat emailed me the address to return the leggings to

Nov. 24, 2024. TrueFeat email replied that I would receive a refund of $89.69

Nov. 25, 2024. I mailed legging back to instructed address and supplied TrueFeat with tracking info

January 1, 2025. I sent Truefeat the tracking info showing they received my returned leggings on November 30, 2024

January 30, 2025. TrueFeat responded to me with1 "Your refund should have been processed by now." ... and that they would escalate the issue for immediate attention.

From Nov. 21 through Jan. 30, 2025, I received nine emails in response to my emails about my refund. Today is February 7, 2025, and I still have not received my $89.69 refund.

This reeks of scam or fraud.
Other people have also experienced this problem, as reported in some websites.

This is unacceptable. I want the refund due me NOW.

Scam - been waiting on refund for 5 weeks. Customer service responds at 2am, leggings are straight polyester and cheap, can’t be worth more than $5. Do not buy!!

I normally wear a very small size, like a size 4. The tag said these leggings were a size 6. But man, were they tight on me, I could barely get them over my hips. And very tight around the waist, as well. I bought a pair of leggings not too long ago that I paid less for than those and they are about the same quality, so those are overpriced, in my opinion. I like the fact that they have pockets though. But once I got them on, they seemed very, very hot. I would never be able to wear them in the summer, that's for sure.

These are not as advertised, very thin cheap fabric. I sent an email asking for a return label and they responded with a question of why. I answered this and still no reply on returning. I emailed again with no reply.

The JW Marriott’s operational staff from front line to behind the scene showed exceptional services. I am a meeting planner for a week long conference for 750 attendees from 1/22-26, 2025. It was a GREAT pleasure working with Marriott’s Blue Coat Guest services team(Brennen, Ivana, Kelli and Anna) always had a smile and were extremely helpful. Additionally, working with the event team (Kathryn Budd and Timothy Speller) was outstanding!!!

Do not purchase from this company. If you send your purchase back , you will NOT get your money back.

I wish I had researched reviews better before I bought. The claim that these are exactly like Lulu lemon and that they will make you look slimmer, NOT. I asked for a return/refund immediately. They said you had 7 days in the email to request it. They responded that they could exchange them. I said no, I want to return them and be refunded as your claims are not true. Now nothing, no response to my emails. Do not order from this crooked company!

I have had all of the same issues with my order as everyone else is saying here. The facebook ad claimed they were hand made in Washington state and I was excited to support USA made. But when you go to the Better Business Bureau webpage they are out of LA and Silicon Valley. No contact information available. I didn't learn any of this until I ordered them, they were way too small and very bad quality, so I returned them. I paid the shipping to return them but two months later I have yet to receive my refund. I email them weekly and always get some generic response that they are encountering issues on my refund and working hard to resolve the issue. This company needs to be shut down. I'm not one to give up, and I will be turning this over to the attorney generals office for help. I encourage others not to give up on getting their refunds.

Loved the feel of the material. Love the pockets! The length in both seat and length were a little short for me as I kept having to pull them up. I’m 5’8” though so that’s tall for most women.

DO NOT BUY! They claim to make leggings that are non-toxic and comfortable and they are neither. The material is polyester (toxic) and they are not true to size. They run extremely short! I am 5'8 and the leggings were considerably shorter than 3/4 length on me. They claim to have a great return policy and satisfaction guaranteed but I have been trying now for over a week to get them to return my product and they are refusing to return a product that is unworn and has original packaging.
