After waiting weeks finally received. I ordered white because they say you cannot see through them. I even ordered one size up. The fabric feels good. I was going to return but too big of a hassle. If and when they receive them it will take at least 4 weeks for refund. I like my Sweetflexx and will stick with them.

I ordered 4 pairs of the white leggings. After waiting several weeks for them to arrive, only one pair was sent. Customer service is denying the possibility of this even after photographs of the package and its contents have been sent. I now need to go through the hassle of contacting both my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau to get this resolved . I would not order from this company again.

Love these white leggings!! The fit and material are perfect.

I ordered leggings on March 18th, sent customer service about my order not arrived yet, and they reached out the next day, very nice response! I received them them the next day and very disappointed, I ordered a large, and they were so tight I couldn't get them on, plus length was so long, they don't make petite sizes which is crazy! Reached out to customer service, and they quickly responded next day saying they have to review my return, which a want a refund, bye time they get back to me the 7 days return policy will be over, and I want get a refund, I definitely don't want to exchange for anything else! For 68 dollars they will enjoy and I'm S--- out of luck,I think they do this on purpose to get your money and run with it! I don't know how Facebook can give good reviews for this Company, I'll never order from them again!!

I love the leggings, I tend to like clothes that are a bit looser and these are tight but the size up works. I found that the customer service team was excellent. They addressed my concerns immediately! Easy as can be!

As an avid (obsessed) PickleBall player I appreciate everything about these leggings, the fit, fabric, construction and the price! Thank you, I will be back for more!

I have about 20 pairs of these pants! They are fabulous!

I ordered a pair of performance leggings and my account was charged and after 6 weeks they have not been delivered. I have contacted truefeat twice and have had no response.

If they are a small company-as they claim-it would seem they would have capacity to resend there shipment, or at the very least an acknowledgment that they got the message and are working on it.
Not impressed at the moment.

Customer service is terrible!
I ordered a medium and a small was sent. The popup that gives you the chance to order another pair at a discounted rate had the wrong size and I clicked OK too quickly. I tried to cancel it reverse it go back tried to reach out to customer service, no reply. And now they are sending that second pair in the wrong size as well. I’ll have two pairs to return.
Poorly designed website and customer service to match.

Too small. Requested return label and wanted to exchange for a larger size. Truefeat has responded to my request and said they are reviewing. That was February 27th.

I ordered 2 leggings and one was the wrong size. 1st of all it took me a long time to get them. I reached out to the customer service team and this is what they said. They only give you 7 days to exchange it for a different size.. No one only gives you 7 days. Don't buy from them.

The company is very good with customer service--something that is very lacking in todays businesses. I very much appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to work with me.

Do not order from them!!! I sent 5 return forms from them with no response!! They take your money and run. Another disappointed patron also had the same experience based on their comments on their page!!!

My biker shorts wasn't shipped with my order and said it was. I reached out and they responded and said they were having some issues and would get them out soon. I also was sent a gift card.

Never heard back from you after 3 tries. Received wrong size leggings. You need a customer service dept. or if you have one, you need more people.

I needed to return the leggings. Filled out return form twice and emailed customer service. No response. And they only allow 7 days got a return. No phone number to call either.

Only 1/3 of my items arrived and I’ve sent multiple emails. No one has gotten back to me. It’s so frustrating.
The quality of the items is good but the customer service is terrible. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I have reached out multiple times, and cannot get the company to respond to an exchange request. I ordered the correct size, but they don’t fit, and just need one size up. Multiple requests and emails, no reply.

I love the leggings, but unfortunately I was sent the wrong size and a missing pair. I ordered correctly, they just needed to exchange them for another size and truefeat would not respond to my exchange request. I cannot give a better review due to the poor customer service.
