I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent issue I experienced regarding a payment made to your company. Unfortunately, the transaction appears to have been connected to an internet phishing scam.

After requesting a refund, I was informed that only 50% of the payment could be reimbursed. Later, I received a message stating that I could receive a full refund only if I provided positive feedback. This is an unreasonable and unethical practice that prioritizes the company’s reputation over customer satisfaction and fairness.

Such handling of customer concerns is deeply disappointing and unprofessional. Businesses that rely on these tactics to generate profit risk losing the trust and respect of their customers.

As a victim of this situation, I urge you to reevaluate your refund policies and ensure that such practices are not repeated. Additionally, I will not recommend this company to others based on this experience. I sincerely hope the remaining unpaid refund contributes to your company's growth, as it certainly will not come from my continued support.

I expect a clear response and resolution to this issue. Please provide an explanation for the above practices and ensure that such incidents are addressed appropriately in the future.

I was tried to watch the movie on one of the movies websites, paid a little amount to watch a ''sinister'' movie very good scary movie, and this little payment was appear on my bank account connected with their website - Ive made a quick investigation with their customer support and yeah - the payment 0.84 pence has initiade a membership with this scam webiste truefitnessvideos, so when Ive tried to cancel this membership immediately, they made it and charged me another 7.46 pounds as a charge of cancelling the membership on which ve never agreed! All blocked now in my bank also bank will report theme to the police. As Norbert wrote above, is a fraud network, please be carefull!

This is a scam site. They start randomly charging ever increasing amounts and if you want a refund, they first try to force you into providing a 4 or 5 star review. As you can see in plenty of examples below, 4 or 5 star reviews are actually just saying that an agent helped them with a refund, which is of course not true because they will never refund anything.
Also, unfortunately this site is part of a fraud network, so you might get conned on a different site and end up redirected here on truefitness.
Avoid at all cost!
