Should offer a zero score.

Should offer a zero score.
The True Green guy is spraying in my neighborhood today while we have a strong breeze. I am three houses down from their truck and I got a face full of their poison just going from the car to the front door, about 20 feet. I also see them over spraying onto the adjacent properties.
They need to hire people with brains or offer better training.

Worst customer service and very bad lawn result

I've been with TruGreen for a year and a half. The first year went okay, but then my lawn started to deteriorate. Grass was dying, bare patches of ground appeared, and weeds were everywhere. I contacted them to have someone come out and inspect the lawn, but I never received a follow-up. Each time I called, they assured me that things would improve and that they would handle it, but the situation only got worse. No one was sent for a while. When someone finally did come, I explained the situation, but he left without doing anything. Then, the next technician claimed he couldn't find my address—even though I had been a customer for over a year and a half. I highly recommend not to hire Truegreen

Excessive Calling

They spam call with auto-dialers like collection agencies! In two days, I've been called like 6 times from different people, numbers, and locations, based on an inquiry! I'm not even a customer yet! Even after informed them of this and they claimed it's been documented but no one sees it in their systems. I ultimately told them I don't want their service and to remove my number from their database.

Shabby work.! Poor communication and broken promises.!

My wife signed up for services locally last year. They gave her the impression that it was just the standard monthly. But then on one trip they came out and aerated and over seed without us knowing there was additional cost. To make matters worse the process didn’t even do much. We were charged over $900.

We spoke to the local office numerous times with the promise that they’ll have somebody get back to us that has more authority. That never happens. I recently sent them and email and messaged them through FB messenger, still nothing. They claim to have guarantees too, still waiting.
Stay away from these scammers.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. This company is terrible and they will steal your money by charging you for services that they are not providing. They sell you a lawn care package and price it based on the size of your property which they calculate using satellite imaging. The send so called "technicians" out to your property who are supposed to treat your lawn every so often with the appropriate chemicals based on the season. My wife waited for the person to get out of his truck prior to the first application to ensure that he knew the property boundaries. He basically told her that he was aware of the boundaries and did not let her explain further. She then left for an appointment. I later checked the cameras on my house to see if he covered the property correctly and I learned that he did not. In fact, he quickly zipped through certain parts of the yard with a Scotts spreader and completely skipped the specific area that my wife tried to show him was our property where we were having the most problems with weeds and growing new grass. I called to complain and they sent another guy back a few days later to redo the application. I watched the cameras again, and saw this guy did a little better, but still skipped some areas. I called to cancel the service at which time they pleaded with me t to cancel and offered me 20% off the service for the year. I accepted the offer and crossed my fingers. The 3rd service was a lit better as I saw the an spray most of the yard with the liquid application. 4th service I was actually home and decided to watch through my windows. The guy pulled the hose to my back yard, sprayed the back pretty well, did the side yard and then pulled the house to the other side of the house across my front lawn Sprayed half of the side yard then started to back out along the front walkway, spraying just along the walkway. Got to the driveway and put the hose back on the truck. Went across the street, urinated into my neighbors trees as could be seen from the street, got in his truck and left. Never sprayed the front lawn which I would suggest is the most important. Once again, I called to complain and cancel the service. The person I spoke to agreed that the urinating on my neighbors trees was inappropriate, and then suggested that they would send someone out to finish the treatment. I respectfully declined the offer and asked them to cancel my service and explained that I did not believe that I should be charged for this application. He then processed the cancelation and said he would have someone from the local Danbury, CT office call me. Two days later I got a call from a woman at the Danbury office who apologized for the experience and confirmed that the service was canceled. I later saw on my back account that they had charged me $178.00 for 8 mins worth of an incomplete job. And this is supposed to be at a 20% discount mind you. This is a rip off. If I had not been watching these people they would have continued ripping me off throughout the season. Stay away from Truegreen. I checked the reviews on Google for the Danbury, CT office and saw that there were several other complaints about the employees not covering the whole property. You are better off hiring a small local company that cares about their reputation and takes care of their customers.
