I would give 5 stars reviewing the quality of the products I bought in the past, however I have been asked twice to submit a review for products I haven’t received yet, I only got 1 email from the company that the items has been shipped but haven’t received them yet and do not have any option to track them, in the UK it works well, but not with international shipping, just hoping I will eventually get the products at some point. I mean it’s not fault of True Linen that shipping takes long time, but they should provide some link where you can track the package.

thank you for shopping with us recently and in the past. We ship our products out immediately, especially international orders. However, we're aware that the shipping may take longer to arrive and may incur delays at customs.
During checkout, customers have the option to choose their preferred type of delivery: either Standard (cheaper ooption ) or Tracked (more expensive). We always ship according to the customer's selection. For egz., shipping costs are as follows:
- to Florida, US:
Standard - £8.95
Tracked - £12.65
- to Portugal, EU:
Standard - £7.45
Tracked - £11.75
We sincerely apologize ifyour order took longer to arrive than you anticipated by choosing the Standard option, which does not include tracking.
Currently, our review request email is sent automatically 5 days after the shipment. Unfortunatelly, we have no way of knowing the exavct date when a package reaches the customer.
