Formal Request for Outstanding Refund – €7,537 Remaining Balance



I would like to share my honest experience and formally request clarification regarding the outstanding balance that remains unresolved.

I became involved with TrueLuck Casino while residing in the Netherlands. To the best of my knowledge, your platform has been offering gambling services to players in the Netherlands without holding a valid licence issued by the Dutch Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit).

In total, an amount of €22,480 was deposited. After extensive communication efforts and discussions involving both parties, I received a partial refund of €14,928.60 in February. However, an outstanding amount of €7,537 still remains unpaid.

For several months now, my attempts to obtain further clarification or resolution have unfortunately remained unanswered. Emails have not been responded to and no meaningful update has been provided regarding the remaining balance.

Considering the circumstances, I expected that this matter would be resolved fully and appropriately following the earlier partial refund arrangement. I therefore kindly request confirmation of when the remaining outstanding amount of €7,537 will be returned.

Furthermore, I would like to inform you that I am already in contact with relevant European supervisory authorities, including the European Banking Authority (EBA), the European Central Bank (ECB), Europol and the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF). I trust that all financial and regulatory obligations have been properly fulfilled. It is now up to your organisation how you wish to proceed with this matter.

My clear preference is to resolve this situation properly and amicably without further escalation.

I kindly request written confirmation regarding the status of the remaining refund as soon as possible.

The casino sucks

The casino sucks.
The casino sucks. I cannot play pragmatic play, it almost never works. That's not even the worse part.
They say withdraw requests can take up to 48 hours before handled. I made a few requests. The first one went trough very fast, like 2 hours. Last week I made a few withdraws with more money. Now it's way over 48 hours and it is still not transferred to my bank account. I am asking how long it takes, the only respons is that they are taking care of it and the progress is going on. That was a few days back and they still say it all the time, there is no change. It really sucks to wait so long for money I won fair.
