I Spoke to Maya at True potential in reference to transferring in one of my pensions. For me this seemed a little daunting, but Maya was there to talk me through the whole process to it's conclusion.
I found Maya extremely professional with her advice and instructions, and never once did I feel rushed or panicked. For me, these kind of experiences worry me, but I felt I mattered.
I was then passed onto Hamish who also wad very patient and knowledgeable regarding my pension transfer. Brilliant customer service all round.
I have been a client of True Potential since 2019, and have always found them very easy to deal with, and will endeavour to sort any problems or enquiries I have.
