Placed and completed an order, charged my card then 2 days later canceled. No response to CS email, no phone listed. Had to research storefront phone number. Called had to wait 16 minutes for customer service. Finally told me my order may have been canceled due to any following reason (use of VPN, Browser other than Google, billing address, not choosing insurance) any or combination are grounds for cancelation after payment. I advised if not refunded would request "charge-back". I was told to wait a week, ridiculous! I have many Ammo/Gun sales I've worked with, none are this way offering big discounts only to cancel after funding clears. Somthing doesn't smell right financially! Find a more reputable vendor with popular history.

This scammy store has been sending me spam for years. It's impossible to get rid of them. Unsubcribe, block, report as phishing. They keep popping back up like cockroaches. I don't live in the US and I don't even own a damn gun so please, **** off.
Also, stop buying stolen data in order to send people mass spam.

I placed my order with Trueshot on Monday April 29, 2024. The order arrived, via FedEx, at my door, on Monday May 6, 2024.

1000 rounds of 5.56 and 1000 round of 9mm. The cartons were in perfect condition.

they destroyed my trust in the way they handle the company starting in November of 2023 (ada disability act vioation). The experience with them has not improved since. They post comments to reviews to make it look like things are being handled with good customer experiences, but there is never any follow through. I don't recommend them.

I just tried placing an order to give them a second chance. Thier site now refuses to allow me to complete an order and kicks me out entirely. I am now sure they are blocking me in another violation of the ADA. I am now reporting them to the DOJ.

They send spam e-mails and will not stop. I never signed up for their e-mail. I never visited their website. I dont even own a gun.

I have purchased ammo from this company many times over the past couple of years. They have excellent customer service. Definitely recommend this company for ammo and sporting goods.
