True View workers were on time and did a great job installing my patio door. They were very polite and they kept everything clean as they worked inside our condo.

Adam my technician was fantastic! Very thorough, honest and quickly fixed my windows. Great company and will definitely use them again.

Adam and 3 other members of his team did an OUTSTANDING JOB! This was an extremely difficult job - it entailed replacing two 2nd story large windows within an a 7' x 12' atrium with an 120 gallon inground pond plants located inside the house. This was certainly one of their most difficult jobs and I am extremely happy with the job that they did and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Window replacement was simple, and end result was great. Have used other window companies, but give these guys an A+ for the ease of transacting business, and attention to detail in getting our window glass replaced. Would highly recommend !

Dropped off a broken house window for repair. Work was completed within their estimated time. Price was fair and work was high quality. They were initially quick to respond to my estimate request and cheerfully answered all my questions.

The customer service from Karine, the service agent was very poor. She has a raspy smokers voice and is very to the point, and not at all warm, friendly or accommodating. She is also seriously lacking in communication skills. Our glass was ordered and scheduled and once the delivery guys arrived to our home they realized there was a defect in the glass. Bob, the delivery guy and installer is very nice!!! Super warm, down to earth and wants to make the customers happy. Bob told us customer service would be calling me that day to discuss the defect and go over an approx new eta. We weren’t mad about the glass, things happen but what we are mad about is that Karine never called us! We were left in the dark for about 2 weeks. I had one missed call and the voicemail was from another girl saying she wanted to get us scheduled for the new glass. When I called back I was told they already scheduled us! Without confirmation that we’d even be home. When I complained to Karine she wasn’t apologetic, she didn’t take ownership of the mistake and it was like pulling teeth to get a small discount for the inconvenience and lack of communication. She blamed the glass vendor which I felt was so tacky and childish.

The glass itself looks great, the installers were very sweet and apologetic when the glass had a defect and they worked quickly to get our glass in. We are very thankful to have had such nice, caring guys helping us and ones who pay attention to the smallest of details.

I’d like to give a higher review for the product itself and installers BUT Karine has a very bad attitude, is a horrid communicator and quite honestly sounds very low class on the phone. Not someone I would want representing my company!! Unfortunately she left a very bad impression and I’m not sure if we’d be a return customer based on this.

My project, a replacement window and a replacement door screen, went very smoothly. We had a measurement consultation followed a few weeks later with installation. Everything went exactly as promised with no surprises.

I will get to the windows in a moment. Let me start at the beginning. Our existing aluminum frame windows "worked" but were 25 years old and quite frankly not the best quality. We met with a number of companies -- high pressure sales in many cases, and inferior products. I will also note that many of the high pressure people were selling us RETROFIT windows, not REPLACEMENT windows --this is really important. It might be a bit more expensive, but you definitely want REPLACEMENT windows. Vince from True View visited -- low pressure, high information, great products. Helped with information for the HOA application too! We chose aluminum windows with a thermal break. It can take a little while to get windows in these days -- but think of that as a good thing -- the manufacturers that are great probably have a bit of demand! The installation of all of the windows in our two-story house took 3 days -- they worked quickly and cleaned up incredibly well -- very respectful inside the house too. They cut the old windows out, replaced them and then had to replace the stucco that was removed to get the old ones out. The windows are amazing. In less than a week, I felt that I had already got my money back. Solid sound and heat insulation. As impressed as I was with the team of window installers (incredibly professional), I was perhaps even more impressed with the person doing the stucco -- he is a magician. We still have to repaint the stucco right around the windows, but after that, you would NEVER know that there was any construction at our house. Windows make a difference. Do not go cheap. True View was not expensive -- things were affordable -- all I am trying to say is that this is a major decision that you will likely live with for years. Saving 5% here or there is not a smart thing in these types of situations. I would hope this review is clear, I am so impressed by Vince, Mario and the others at True View. And just for complete transparency, I am not at all related to, affiliated, etc. with True View -- just a regular customer -- a very pleased regular customer.

We contacted 3 glass/window companies and TrueView was the only company that responded to my inquiry.

The best care after the sale. Had an issue with the supplier (will not mention jelxxx) and could not get help. Went back to True View for help and they provided the best service at their expense even thought they were only the installers. We now have beautiful new windows. Thanks Rhika, Robert, Mario and Jamie you are the best
