I decided to replace my single pane windows, this was my first house improvement to my new house or ever. I was nervous about getting the right company and the right product. I dealt with Mike and he answered all my questions and was realistic with his explanations. Once ordered and it was ready to be installed the team that came in to do it was so polite and explained what they were going to do. I asked for a specific room to be completed first, no problem. Any concerns with this process and purchase never materialize, best experience.

We had 2 crews install replacement windows last week - Cory & Shawn and Abel & Gabriel. They did a great job from start to finish. They were prompt, courteous and very efficient. We were really impressed with the daily clean-up and final clean-up when finished. We love our windows and would recommend Tru View and either of these 2 hard-working crews…Denise E.

Cory and Shawn came to finish up the borders around three sliding doors the crew had installed the day before. They all were professional and personable. They arrived when they said they would and worked quickly, both sets of crews.
True View's word is good. It took a while to get the materials in after they were ordered because of the pandemic. The wait was worth it.

10/04/2021 Had Adam and Saul fix our sliding glass door and a sprung window. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, will request them for future window needs, and thanks to their integrity, will call for True View Windows services in the future.

True View did a great job installing our windows. I am very pleased and would recommend them. However, we had a small issue after the installation that involved some glue/adhesive that had stained one of our window frames and the stucco on our house. I didn't discover the issue for several weeks after the install. I called the office and explained the situation and the customer service rep asked why I waited so long to let them know. The person's tone was accusatory discouraged me. Furthermore, they did not offer to send anyone to fix the problem. Instead, they gave me suggestions of what I needed to do to fix the issue on my own. Ultimately, I had to hire a painter to fix the stucco issue and the window frame is still stained. As I mentioned, True View is a great company, however, if you need service after the install to resolve any issues, they aren't helpful.

Very friendly installers, enjoyed their conversations…..excellent attention to details during the install.

Competitive pricing. Very helpful scheduler. Supply chain issues meant we had to wait a while to get the window, but the installer did a beautiful job. You'd ever know it was a replacement. Will definitely use them again if a baseball breaks another window!

They did a good job. Had to have a tech come out a 2nd time because the balancer which was installed broke after about a month. But, be aware that none of their techs have gotten the covid vaccine. The owner is also anti-vax & doesn't encourage his staff to get vaccinated. It was hard for me to allow a on-vaccinated tech in my home. I am in a high covid risk group.

I had to take out a few Windows on my storefront so I could finish the Millwork behind the glass I would definitely hard true View Glass anytime good company friendly staff installers on time polite respectful good company

Wasn’t the best experience. Had to have the tech/installer come back a few times. Fist time was that the spot protector wasn’t put on. Second door installed had to be tightened up twice l

This was our first experience with True View Windows and Glass. We contracted with them to repair and rebuild all 12 windows in our townhome. True View Windows and Glass also replaced the glass and rollers in two sets of sliding glass doors as well. The service they provided was excellent. The product that was used was high quality low-E glass. The True View team was very meticulous in their attention to detail. They were clearly focused on making sure the customer was completely satisfied. Upon completion of the initial work, True View readily followed up and came out to make a few adjustments after the new glass had settled into the window gaskets. The True View team cleaned up after themselves; hauling away all of the old glass panels. Everyone was very polite. We have complete confidence in the work True View Windows and Glass performed. We would highly recommend their services to those in need.

Made an appointment to replace 2 broken panes of glass in a garage door. They were on time, efficient, kind and professional. The glass had to be ordered but made a follow up appointment for install and showed up when they said they would and glass replaced. Looks great. Thanks
