Ordered their sports mouthguard for my son's wrestling match. Ordered standard thickness (3mm) for wrestling, received a wrong one (thin type-2mm). It was lucky for me to double check the thickness with a caliper since that is the only way I can know the thickness. No marking anywhere at all. Otherwise, my son's teeth may be in danger.

Emailed customer service about the wrong guard. They asked me to mail it back in no wear/tear condition. After they receive it and check the condition, they will make a correct one. I do not want to wait another month. I asked if I can just destroy it and send them pictures as proof, since it was a custom made guard which they will have no chance for resale. They refused. Told me I will need to buy the wrong guard paying extra money or send it back. They do not care about the delay. It is their policy.

Done with this company. Will try Gladiator or Impact.

Great customer service, I had a couple of issues with my night guard and sent it back under warranty they shaved it down and loosened it up so it worked perfectly for me. Shout out Sarah and team for the great work! I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

The end product is exceptional. By far the best mouthguard on the market. The impression process was straightforward, and the explainer video made it simple to do. I purchased a second one a month later, with different team colors, and received it within days. Couldn't be more pleased.

I was shopping around for affordable whitening trays and came across Trufit. I really liked the idea of making a custom impression of my teeth, since I’ve tried prefabricated guards before and they were always either too loose or too tight.

Taking my own impression felt a bit intimidating at first, but it turned out to be easier than expected. I got it right on the first try. Six days later, my custom whitening trays arrived.

The online ordering process was really easy and once my impression kit arrived, I watched the tutorial video to make sure I was doing things correctly. This was really helpful because I didn’t really know what I was doing. Once I sent my impressions back I had my mouth guard within a week or two. Their team was really helpful during the process and I love that I can go online and reorder whenever I need a new one

Could not ask for a better nightguard. Durable, great fit, extremely comfortable. Also used their sports mouthguard for my kids...they love it! They love the fact that they can talk without taking the guard out. This is a first-class product from a first-class company.

I’ve had an excellent experience with this mouth guard company and can’t recommend them enough. I use both their night guard and sports mouthpiece, and the quality of each is outstanding.

Bjj mouthguard for me and night guard for my wife.

I first got a mouthguard for BJJ. I went with the thickest one. Probably could have gone for the middle thickness. I’ve warn it for about a year without issues. I recommend it to other people at the gym. I’ve never liked mouthguards because they make me gag. This one doesn’t so it’s the go to.

My wife got a night guard. She doesn’t grind her teeth all that often, but when she does her night guard really helps.

Overall I feel like both were a solid buy.
