Friendly advice and good professional job

We bought a back door and window which were very good quality. The person who came to measure up was friendly, professional and willing to problem-solve anything potentially tricky. The installers were courteous and efficient and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. The office staff went out of their way to get delivery and installation before Christmas. Thank you!

I did initially have a negative experience with the fitters that came out with regards to how they treated our house.
However I have to say after contact with the company from there on in they were absolutely amazing.
I had written my review late Friday evening, they were closed over the weekend, come Monday morning a new team turned up extremely apologetic and understanding and asked if they could carry on with the work- they were absolutely amazing!
I then had the office contact me to rectify the issues and again absolutely fantastic.

The final sign off the window installation was done with meticulous attention to detail and for a big project they turned out beautiful and have made a huge difference to the house.

All in all a company that really does care about their customer albeit a negative experience with the first team they did go out of their way to make everything good in the end and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Two experienced guys turned up and did a difficult job without any fuss. Our new door was fitted perfectly and looks great.

Our experience with Truhouse was a pleasure from start to finish.

The process was easy, straightforward and there was no big sales pitch or pressure to go ahead. They worked with us to find a solution that worked for our budget, and the look and quality we wanted for our house.

Our fitters, Steve and Ad, were excellent: friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. They answered all our queries and accommodated specific requests during fitting always thoroughly cleaning up after each day. The windows look amazing and the house felt immediately warmer one the windows were in.

Truhouse ensured i was kept informed of when the Installation was planned and there fitter was excellent and courteous whilst fitting the door to my property. The product supplied is excellent but only been fitted for a couple of weeks.

Each member of the team at Truhouse was helpful, answered all our questions with patience & were generous with their time. Communication was excellent and we were kept up to date with expected timings, which were all adhered to. Adam and Steve who fitted our patio door were polite, friendly and did a great job, returning to fix a minor fault when requested. Everything was left clean and tidy.

From start to finish, this has been a very pleasant experience. Going through options with Sarah at the showroom, Chris's visit to quote, Pauls measuring up survey and then fitters Dan and Josh doing a fantastic job fitting our new windows and doors. Had a real blast with those two guys over the last 3 days.

We are very pleased with our windows supplied and fitted by Truhouse. We took over 6 months to decide on the company we would engage for the job and during this time we experienced no pressure from the company. Before we made a decision Chris, one of the surveyors visited our house, made suggestions and discussed a number of options with us. Thereafter the sales team were very willing to explore different possibilities with us further and to meet with us on a number of occasions at their showroom. Steve and Adam did a brilliant job of fitting the windows and did so with minimal mess and disruption. They were very thorough and diligent and we cannot thank them enough. From first initial visit from Chris , to quote , to installation from Adam and Steve was first class . Chris gave us all the helpful information we needed and wasn't pushy with quote either . Which wasn't as expensive as we thought. Adam and Steve the installers did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterwards. True House have transformed our x council house into something Special. Steve and Adam worked incredibly hard and made the installation stress free. They were very clean and tidy and when they left you would not have known they had even been there as they cleaned and hoovered behind them, always using dust sheets as well.

The staff in the office have also always been so patient and helpful and we are grateful to them too!
