Customer service was excellent, there was a slight (2 day) delay in shipping, no problem for me but was nice that they emailed to let me know.
Overall very happy with both the product and the level of service received.

I ordered the 40kg dumbells
I ordered the 40kg dumbells, knowing there was a delay as they were still to be manufactured, and the date did slip a bit, but I was kept informed as to what was going on. When they were ready, they were shipped directly from the manufacturing facility to speed things up.
I also ordered the weight bench, and this was with me the next day!
