Paper was high quality. Pictures were sharp and focused. Everything showed up early. All around, great experience!

I wish I didn't have to be writing this but I am so disappointed. The process has taken over a month and I still don't have my invites. Their process is clunky and slow if you want to do any sort of customization. I have been on the phone with customer service 10+ times to work on this. Also, they pride themselves in their production stage as experts analyzing the work, but they sent my invites with an "x" error on the back. So now I'm stuck waiting even longer to get the invites done again when they should have stopped, taken a beat, and reviewed what they printed. The invites themselves are good, and reasonably priced, but the effort I have had to put into this is ridiculous.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing with Truly Engaging. My orders did not ship within the estimated timeframes, and communication was unreliable. I called to confirm that an order would ship as scheduled and was assured it would go out that day and that I would receive a confirmation email, neither of which happened. The ordering process itself felt outdated and inefficient. The design platform does not allow for easy edits, requiring back-and-forth with their team for even small changes. Each proof took hours to days to receive, which significantly slowed everything down. In one case, I submitted finalized, carefully proofread wording for my daughter’s graduation luncheon invitation, yet multiple spelling and grammar errors were introduced in their proof. Had I not caught them, it would have been very embarrassing. While the designs themselves are beautiful, the delays, lack of communication, and quality issues made the overall experience frustrating, especially given the pricing.

I’d like to start by saying that I attempted to make my own wedding invitations on Canva to save money and to get a more minimalistic look however they turned out terrible!
I found truly engaging on Instagram and instantly fell in love with their templates!
I had to make a few edits and the editing team was wonderful to work with the invitations came out beautiful. I’ve gotten several texts from my guests saying how much they love them! I was able to use one of their discount codes which helped save a lot in the end. These invitations were about $38 more than Canva and they looked so much better! The printed addresses also helped save time in money on my part!

These invites were sooo easy to design myself and really well priced with the discounts available! They came out beautifully and feel so expensive. We absolutely love them!
I also love how you can personalize everything so much - it truly makes it that much more special!

The invitations were easy to create! TE has so many beautiful templates to choose from and was fun to find our vibe. We were able to match our save the dates. Everything arrived swiftly, boxed lovely and easy to put together. Once we sent them out, the compliments started coming in like a waterfall! One guest even said “the most beautiful Invitation I have ever seen!” I take that as a win!

My save the date magnets are just starting to arrive to their destinations and everyone LOVES them. I created my own design and uploaded it to truly engaging which I love they provide that option. To be sure everything looked okay, I ordered a test one and delivered it to my house. During that time, my promo code expired and the team was kind enough to send a new promo code my way. Great quality and easy to use!! I will definitely recommend truly engaging in the future to other brides

They were incredibly helpful and had a great attention to detail. I did something custom and it turned out perfectly.

Receiving proofs had significant delays, took three weeks to received my order. When it finally arrived, the envelopes were mis-printed. Every single order I've received from this company has had damage or a printing error - it's as if there is no quality assurance or proofing before the order is shipped.

My save the date cards came out perfect, it was definitely worth the extra wait time to have it be perfect! It came out exactly as it was saved in the system and not to mention how amazing of a quality everything turned out to be! I loved everything about my experience and how quickly everything came! I placed the order on January 1st and received my cards on the 10th! I will definitely be using Truly Engaging again for my wedding invitations!

Was unsatisfied with colors not matching across paper types, but customer service went above and beyond allowing me to re-design and re-print my RSVP cards so I had an invitation suite that I was happy with. Paper types are also very high quality and that was something I was looking for when shopping for invitations.

Bad service

We have used truly engaging in the past and while we had a few hiccups with the printing, we eventually ended up liking the product. We tried to use them again and the customer support was incredibly difficult to work with and wanted to make changes to our design, offered multiple times to send us a printed sample, then turned around two days later and told us they didn’t do samples and they were canceling our order. This has been a very frustrating experience and a waste of time of time we could have been using to work with a different company.

Was a company I would have recommended in the past but I just cannot anymore.

Listen to the bad reviews. They are all true. It’s honestly comical how many of them mention the woman on the phone with the attitude. When will she get it? I have had ups and downs with this company. I kept coming back bc the product is so good on the web but it’s just not reliable. They are constantly making misrepresentations, going back and forth with inconsistent information, there’s NO quality control and in my opinion, to say the CSR Lisa Baird has a rude attitude and zero accountability is an understatement. This company really screwed us over. After going back and forth for weeks with waiting 3 days at a time for them to respond they canceled at the absolute last minute as soon as there was objective proof of their inability to get the order how I designed it and paid for it before they messed it up. DO NOT work with this company. They are the least customer centric and most unprofessional company in any industry that I’ve ever encountered.

We love our wedding invitations! We did make modifications, which the team at Truly Engaging was very efficient in getting these proofed for us to approve. The shipping was quick and the product arrived very well packaged to prevent any damages that could occur with shipping. We received many compliments on our invitations! Highly recommend Truly Engaging for getting all things to make your event planning process seamless and simple!

The invitations, RSVP and information cards for our came out BEAUTIFULLY! Our guests have loved receiving them! It was very easy to enter in our information and the sale that was happening at the time we bought them saved us HUNDREDS of dollars. When you're spending thousands of dollars on a wedding, things like that help so much. I highly recommend Truly Engaged for any event you need to invite guests to to save you time and to come out with some beautiful event cards. Only thing I wish was there was an option for recycled or upcycled paper option to be more sustainable. Otherwise, I'm very happy with this and would use them again if another event came up!

We used them for our save the dates and wedding invitations, and everything turned out exactly how we envisioned. The print quality was perfect, the designs were beautiful, and the whole process felt incredibly smooth from start to finish.

Their card-making studio software was super easy to use, and one feature we really appreciated was the ability to order samples before finalizing our design. It gave us the confidence to move forward knowing the final product would look just right — and it did!

Customer service was also top-notch. We had a minor hiccup with the wrong envelope color being sent, but they resolved it immediately — we received the correct color in the mail the very next day. Fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

If you're looking for wedding stationery that's high-quality, customizable, and backed by excellent service, we absolutely recommend Truly Engaging!

We got our save the dates and, more recently, our wedding invites done with this company. We loved everything we ordered! Our invites had so much font/wording going on but the site was easy to use to edit our different components. We wanted an invite that could hold all of the info for our more traditional wedding but also give off an award ceremony envelope vibe for our old Hollywood theme and we found exactly what we were looking for here. We needed additional help to add a QR code to our invite and that was done quickly by a designer who contacted us and had a proof for us in just a couple of days. Both of our items shipped and arrived pretty quickly and there was good communication throughout the process. Prices were also pretty fair. We are most likely going to use them again soon for our wedding programs and then again after our wedding for thank you cards.

All of our save the dates, invitations and signs for our wedding were delivered on time and looked amazing! Highly recommend!
