Despite receiving an immediate response after ordering and five spam mailings to get me to buy another product, It took 3 weeks for them to mail out my one item. I had to contact them in order to get any confirmation of mailing. The website thinks my order does not exist. I am still waiting four weeks later.
Got an unsolicited email from a company called Truly Free. Which is funny, because the only thing truly free was the laugh I had when I saw the price. They shout about 100 free loads of laundry soap. Then you click through and find out you still have to spend 39 dollars to get the free part. It is like calling yourself Honest Dave while picking pockets on the bus.
They send marketing without consent. They promise free stuff that is not free. And they slap the CEO’s name on it like it is something to be proud of. Truly Free feels less like a brand and more like a punchline. I did not buy and I did not get anything free. I only got spam and a reminder that truth in advertising died years ago.
This company was recommended to me. I was very pleasantly surprised at how well the products work. They smell amazing and are reasonably priced. I love that there’s no harsh chemicals and products are non-toxic. Products I tried: laundry wash scented, dishwasher soap and dish soap. All work excellently, just as name brands.
I love how the company partners with Cleaning for a Reason to provide non-toxic cleaning for cancer patients as well as its safe-house and orphanage support. All around great company.
One month after I made my first purchase from this company, a duplicate shipment arrived and the second order was automatically billed to my credit card on file. I called customer service who advised that I had signed up for the monthly delivery by accepting the initial discounted order. I had made the order from my mobile and just didn't read the offer carefully enough. Even though this mistake was on me, customer service immediately refunded the full purchase price, cancelled the monthly service and told me I could keep the delivered products even though I offered to return the shipment. This is the best customer service experience I have had in quite some time and it speaks volumes regarding this company's integrity.
