Very efficient service. Very friendly and helped us through the move. We used them in 2025 and again in September 2026. We would not hesitate to use again in future.

Brilliant service received from Trunk Logistics. They were polite, friendly, tidy and did exactly what they promised. Sofa was taken apart to be loaded into the van and then put back together and left in perfect condition once it was dropped off at my house. Really pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them, thanks again!

Absolutely 10/10 for Aaron and Chris the 2 guys that completed the move. They arrived on time, friendly, professional and worked hard. Nothing was damaged and every single item I asked to be moved was moved and arrived at new home exactly as it left. This is my second experience of Trunk and like the first it was a 100% service again. From placing the order with admin and receiving confirmation of booking to the last item coming off the vehicle was excellent. If you want a seamless removal day, these are the guys to use.

I've been prompted to write this review so here we go.
We moved house in June, on the hottest day of the year, 38°.
We had been through hell for 18 months to try and get moved so it was important that our moving day went well. The stress had been unbelievable.
The reviews for Trunk looked good. They asked for videos around the home to be able to give us a price. The price was great so we booked them.
On the day the vans turned up with 4 men. To give them their due, they worked like trojans in the heat.
During packing we were told that they could not take boxes of food from the freezer, so I had to take it in the car, and my 2 sons had to catch the train to our new house as there was no room.
One of the men kept making comments about too much stuff, and it didn't all fit in the vans. We had to leave some stuff with a neighbour, and hire a van to collect it the following week. We were made to feel it was our fault when they had had the videos, all they asked for, and decided what we needed.
When we got to the new house, hardly anything was put in the place it was labelled for. We ended up with kitchen stuff in the bedroom ! There were a couple of breakages, nothing too serious. But then some of the furniture didn't go through the front door and despite knowing the sofas backs came off, they made no attempt to do so. We had to put some items in their storage facility.
After a couple of days, we found one of our air rifles. It had been taken out of the case and put back the wrong way round. None of my family would do that. More worryingly, the other air rifle was missing. I had to contact the company twice, for them to 'find' it. It had come off a van but they didn't know who it belonged to. Surely when something is left on a van they will know when the van returns to base and who the job was for ?
Eventually the gun was returned to us. By one of the men from the move. No apology, no compensation.
A costly way to add stress to moving. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

It’s the first time we had a genuinely good experience while moving. The team was fast, attentive and made everything a breeze. 10/10 recommend!

Called on Thursday to organise delivery of goods from UK storage unit to Ireland. The items picked up Sunday and delivered Monday morning: Unbelievably speedy service!

Great team all round from Lewis in Sales team, Nicola in administration and the two delivery drivers.

Great communication and 100% spot on service. Would use again without hesitation.

I chose Trunk Logistics based on a recommendation from friends and expected a professional, stress-free move. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

I paid for enhanced liability cover and a dismantling service for my move from Hastings to London. Despite being aware during the inventory that my metal bed frame required dismantling, the team were unable to remove a single nut and left the bed behind. When I returned to the property, a friend and I dismantled it ourselves in seconds using a standard Allen key.

As a result, I had to make a separate trip back to Hastings, arrange additional transport, and reassemble the bed myself. I was offered a £25 reimbursement and accepted £20 on the day even though I felt this did not reflect the inconvenience and extra travel their failure to bring the bed created.

When I returned to the property, I also discovered that my full-length mirror had been broken during the move and hidden in a cupboard area without any communication from the team. Several items had also been left behind in the bathroom.

My concerns are threefold:

The moving team appeared ill-equipped for the job, failed to dismantle the bed, and did not disclose the damaged mirror.
Customer support on the day was unsympathetic and gave mixed messages about whether I could arrange for someone to assist.
My formal complaint has since been ignored, with no response to follow-up emails.

What should have been a straightforward move became a stressful, time-consuming and costly experience. While I appreciate the partial reimbursement offered, it did not come close to covering the inconvenience, extra travel, additional transport costs and damaged property. Based on my experience, I would not use Trunk Logistics again, and I am now considering further action.

Great experience with the movers overall, moved us from Essex to Lincolnshire and were very efficient and friendly. I would have given 5 stars however something was damaged during the move (not a huge deal) but I’ve now been waiting 10 days for a response on this and have chased in between but there’s been radio silence so I’m not very happy with that.

From the moment I made the call to request a quotation, this company has been nothing but professional and courteous. Luca and Armand packed us up ready for our move and they took the upmost care with ours belongings, paying attention to fragile items. All boxes were appropriately labelled and my word these guys earned every penny!! I could not recommend this company more for it's service and extra special gratitude to Luca and Armand who made our stressful minds very much calmer.

We moved from Bexleyheath in Kent to Frinton in Essex. Matt, Harry, Jay and Tommy were prompt, professional and efficient. We couldn’t fault their friendly and helpful service. Would recommend

Highly recommend! Gave us such ease with our move. We went with the full package so we didn’t have too much stress on ourselves with having the kids too and could just get in and settled a lot quicker. Catalina, Julien, Dan S and Charlie did an amazing job and worked really hard to get everything moved in with no damage to our items or our freshly painted walls so really appreciative of that in particular.
I want to make an extra special thank you to Armondo who was with us from start to finish across all three days of the move process. He even worked solo for the unpacking and still did it in record time in my opinion. Thank you so much guys!

We found Trunk Logistics great to work with.
Liam and all the office staff were a pleasure to communicate with.
They were really flexible with our chain collapsing and our dates changing over a 12 month period.
Unlike other companies they do not want money upfront or deposits and are happy for full payment to be delayed until the removal day.
Rob was very helpful when visiting us to assess our move and not phased by our above average volume of possessions.
They were very good value compared to other companies we received quotes from, with no nasty extras.
Removal day went extremely smoothly with 4 maxi vans arriving for our large 50+ cubic metre of possessions. These vans are great if access is limited.
The guys, Matt, Big Dan, James, Brad and Dan were excellent - nothing was too much trouble for them.
This is a genuine 5 star company and highly recommended.

Kai and Armando were truly fantastic. They packed up and moved us in under 3 hours!! It felt like such a smooth transition and almost like we didn’t even move. Liam was really responsive via message and kept me up to date when there was slight delay (not the guys fault at all). Couldn’t recommend more, if we ever move again we’ll be coming back to these guys.
