I reordered 3 packs of the swim bait and somehow I received the wrong ones. They claim they sent me what I ordered but I disagree. They did not offer to exchange them and got an attitude when I asked to send them back for the size I wanted. They said send it back and they would start the refund. Not very helpful customer service as far as I am concerned.
I have seen all the ads on the swimmax fishing lure and I was very skeptical how they will catch a fish on the first or second cast. I wasn't going to spend my money on something that I will be disappointed in. So I was surprised on my birthday when my son purchased the swimmax and other Truscend products and give it to me.
On May 8th went fishing on a lake in Pennsylvania and I have tried almost everything in my tackle box with no luck. And then I looked down and there it was an unopened box of swimmax fishing lures, I remove the orange lure and connected on my line. First cast nothing, second cast nothing, third cast HIT, a 19" Chain pickerel. Cast it out again,another hit. I could not believe on that one swimmax fishing lure I caught three Chain pickerel and one bass. Best day of fishing I had in years.
I bought a 6-pack of fishing lures from Truscend that took 14 days or 2 weeks to get to my doorstep, but I have bad news and good news. I’ll start with the bad news, I got 3 emails the first one saying my order was confirmed, and the other to being emails that were telling me to give a rating (so here I am). My recommendation for the company is to be more social/more emails, because I thought I was being scammed. Good news these lures are literally the best set of lures I have ever got I fished with a couple of friends when I got them and in 1 hour and 30 minutes I had caught 6 different fish, 3 different species and a turtle!! In conclusion if you have to time to wait around 2 weeks or 14 days, you should 100000% buy this set of lures from Truscend!!!
