I’d recommend them to anyone, and am currently trying to help my father get a set as well soon.

Getting started with TruSmile has been very simple and easy. They were quick to send out the impression kit, and the directions were easy to understand. The only suggestion I have for improving my experience is regarding the second impression kit. I had an issue with my top impression and had to purchase another kit, which meant waiting for it to arrive, sending it back, and then waiting again. I wish there was a way to streamline this process to make it easier and faster.

Super easy to get started. Easy to follow instructions. Fast delivery. Mold kit was super simple. Website could be easier. But overall very satisfied.

Let me first say, TruSmile has Great customer service! They truly made sure I knew what I was getting and that what I had asked for was going to happen and that I was okay with how they would look. It did usually take about 24 hrs for a response but they kept me up to date with where my veneers were and confirming what I had asked for. Everything was shipped So quickly and even came before the delivery window they said. The reason I gave a 3 star is because the veneers look too fake and they didn't fully cover 2 of my teeth. The indents in between the teeth weren't deep enough to look like real teeth and the material looks too plastic like. They were a Great fit, easy to talk with in, and would have forgotten I was wearing them. Great price and great if really need veneers at an affordable price but unfortunately just something I'm never going to wear.
