What a joke of a customer service experience!
Tried to order some inventory for my Short Term Rental Management Company and instead of receiving the produce that I was charged for, I was told the transaction was canceled for unforeseen circumstance.
If you NEED it top operate your business or satisfy your personal needs, this is not a Trust-able company.
I ordered 4 gas cans that were converted into portable bar for $59.99 each. One came 4 months later and it was such a thin plastic it won’t hold up on one use. The lock that closes the door is heavier than the whole thing. I contacted the company told them to cancel the other 3 and to send a return label. They responded no returns it’s to expensive to return keep it and we will give you 10% back. I responded no thank you it’s cheap and junk and to refund full amount and cancel the other 3. They said they had all been mailed and could not cancel. I told them I would pay to send it back $20 is better than loosing my $60 totally. Next email they will give me 15% back but don’t tell anyone they are doing that. I responded no send me your return address and refund my money of $59.99 each for 4. This company is a scam and crap.
