I would do zero stars if possible. To update on my review from 2025, the 1.5 year old ac unit that acree installed incorrectly has had to be replaced. So basically, acree got our $16,000 and we got hosed.

If I could give a zero review I would. I was charged 539 dollars to replace a very basic external water faucet. The parts literally came from home depot and cost 40 dollars at the most. The technician actually told me that I needed to provide the paint to cover the pipe that he installed. I had to bring him back to reality and say " Sir, you have charged me over 500 dollars for a very easy, 30 min job and you expect me to purchase paint to complete the job?" I contacted the manager and was told "every job has a base cost. The price will only go up if the job is deemed "more complex". I was given the run around when I asked why I had to pay 500 dollars for labor. They are price gouging and taking advantage of people in vulnerable situations.

We have been using Acree for both AC and electrical work for over two years at our home in Palm Harbor. We trust and highly recommend this company. Their service technicians (Agbor and Stephen) are professional and highly trained and very respectful and nice. They always explain the issues with pictures and offer alternatives as appropriate for the service needed. We have confidence in this company and their technicians!
