Garden makeover …
Martin and the team did an amazing job on my garden makeover. They're lovely guys-tidy, hardworking, and clearly take real pride in their work. They checked in with me throughout to make sure I was happy, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I felt completely confident they were delivering the best possible result. I love my garden! I've already got my next job in mind for them to do and will definitely be booking them again!

Generally a good experience
After an interesting experience of trying to find various reliable tradespeople in Aberdeenshire.
I eventually thought about trust a trader to find themr.
I rang two roofers and they rang me back and arranged to come out, and they arrived (That was unbelievable, following the experiences we had before).
Both roofers where friendly on meeting and looked at the roof and gave their opinions. I had 10 different reasons the roof was leaking....
One of the roofers was very efficient and sent me a quote the same day he came out.
The second roofer, was very disappointing, he failed to send the quote, I contacted him, via phone and email through the trustatrader website, with no response (this was the experience I had from the previous roofers)..
I was surprised with this after finding him through this website.
So the roofer who was efficient got the job, he responded to my email asking him to do the work within a day and the job was completed and paid for within 4 days.
This roofer told me they are monitored on performance each month. So maybe the roofer who was not so efficient maybe removed.
I also used to find a plumber, after another interesting experience trying to find one.. Work done and dusted in over 2 weeks.
Generally good results and will use again when looking for tradespeople.

I very recently signed into TrustATrader and was not sure of the outcome which was amazing. After spending cosiderble time looking for a painter and deorator for my daughter, and looking at 140 who are independent painters and decorators, speciifically in the same post code area, there were only two, and they only had land lines to contact them.I left my mobile number not a word the other land line number I phoned a number of occasions without an answer. I then registered with TrustATrader and had imediate replies two were either booked out until July or it was too far. what I am totally impressed by the replies from these professional trades men are extremely nice, which is why I am writing this review, I have one going to look Monday evening and another which I have just received today which I have mentioned to him about the Monday quote, I am not a person who wastes a person time getting multiple quotes, the first available person will hopefully be able to do the job, before I will consider anyone else, have conveyed to the one today I will keep his details, in summerising this anyone looking for an independent painter and decorator to sign up to TrustATrader and save time trying like I did doing it yourself.
