We had an absolutely excellent experience with Trusted Airport Transfers on our journey from Southampton Cruise Terminal to London Heathrow today.

From the very beginning, the communication was outstanding. The booking process was exceptionally smooth, and the team was extremely helpful, professional and responsive throughout. Everything was perfectly organised.

On the day of our transfer, our driver Greg yeah was absolutely punctual, reliable and courteous. The vehicle was comfortable, and the entire journey to Heathrow was relaxed and completely stress-free.

We also decided to make a short stop in Winchester, which was arranged for us for only a small additional charge. This was a wonderful extra touch and made our journey from Southampton to Heathrow much more enjoyable. The flexibility and willingness to accommodate our wishes were greatly appreciated.

Trusted Airport Transfers has comfortable cars with plenty of luggage space. I had been told having a private driver when debarking a ship in Southampton was not a good idea because the driver can’t find you. When we got off the ship Greg, the owner and driver, was easy to find and we were in the car and gone in less than five minutes.

After researching several transfer services from Heathrow to Southampton, I found Trusted Airport Transfers with Greg. Greg was very quick with responses, information and prices. He was professional and courteous. His easy contact numbers, including What’s App, made him always available. Upon our arrival, Greg was ready and waiting for us, up front and center. His vehicle was first class and his easy, informative conversation was a pleasure. What a wonderful way to begin our adventure of cruising Portugal and Spain.

We had an excellent experience with Trusted Airport Transfers. We posted in Southhampton and needed transport we Heathrow. We are US citizens so wanted to prebook the service. The communication with Greg was very easy with immediate responses. The day of pickup our driver, Katie, was wonderful. She stayed in constant communication, was right on time & provided a very comfortable ride to the airport in a beautiful car.

Definitely we’ll give them a call again! Best company if you need to go to Southampton for a cruise and come back to London! On time, helpful, cars in very good shape! they made our transfer very smooth and easy!

We've used this service for a number of years now, saving us from tortuous drives after long haul travel to more regular nearer destinations with a young poorly sleeping family. The service has always been professional, prompt and courteous, communication is excellent. The cars are clean, modern and well kept and always water on offer. A nice touch is the capacity to travel with your own childs car seat, as we preferred our child to be rear facing for safety reasons as long as possible and the fact they were able to cater to this and kept the seat safe and ready for our return has always been a huge bonus for me. Would definitely use this service again, and would highly recommend to others too. 👍

As usual Greg and his team of drivers provided a great service in taking us to and from Gatwick Airport a few days ago. Drivers are very professional in the way they deal with clients and provide a wonderful service using super clean and comfortable luxury vehicles. What a relaxing way to travel. I always use Trusted Airport Transfers when I'm headed to the airport now. They are super reliable, the cars are luxurious and comfortable, and Greg and his team are great.
