Excellent experience purchasing a new S&W 632

Excellent experience purchasing a new S&W 632 online through Trusted Gun Exchange. The entire process was smooth and straightforward — their website is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Communication was outstanding from start to finish, with timely email updates from the initial order all the way through delivery to my local FFL.

I also appreciated the built‑in escrow system, which kept my funds secure until I inspected and accepted the firearm. Pricing was better than what I found locally, even after factoring in fees.

Based on this transaction, I would confidently recommend Trusted Gun Exchange and will absolutely use them again for future firearm purchases and sales.

Outstanding customer service by The Trusted Gun Exchange (TGX)

The Trusted Gun Exchange (TGX) handled my recent purchase with professionalism, promptness and stellar communications throughout the transaction. When I erred in selecting a FFL dealer that doesn't handle sales from private individuals the TGX promptly took the initiative to identify an alternative FFL dealer near me who does. I highly recommend the TGX and will use them again when the need arises.
