I have been with this company for years and I had to take the time to give credit to them because they have yet again, even w a hurricane closing them down for a day or 2, managed to get my package sent off to me today! And that's not half of it, over these many years, getting close to 4, they have NEVER, NOT ONE TIME, EVER, slipped up on ANYTHING. I never have to question if my package is being sent on time, or surprised because they get it to me on their day off, it is always correct, and always excellent products. Their customer service is a garantee that u will be called back that same day or the next.This company should teach every other company w issues how to do business! I always check around for the reviews before I order from a company, so I hope this helps someone like it wud me. Their name is appropriate like no other, Reliable! TRS has got great product… I was ordering from them for a few years… but then I didn’t buy in a while, went to log it and my username didn’t exist. Seems I got purged out of the system. Wrote them multiple times for help, no response. Looks like they are overextended and can’t handle the order load. Sucks for all the ones who aren’t chosen, or who they just don’t want to sell to for just no reason at all. Customer service seems to be lacking!

Been ordering from TRS since 2020. Orders shipped promptly. Almost always arriving in 2-3 days.

When I put an improper shipping address, they printed the label within 15mins. I communicated the proper address and the issue was solved in 10mins. I almost never make that mistake and the only time I did it was resolved incredibly quickly. If it wasn't TRS it would've been a bigger headache.

Please tell me how to make an account. Is not showing anything but a login screen.

If you are reading this review and have come across this company, you will find nothing better, undoubtedly. Phenomenal products, phenomenal prices, and phenomenal communication. For me, personally, it is the reliability, quality, & consistency that keeps me here. Whatever your needs and no matter when they may occur, this is who I would trust, as if my life depended on it.

I have been ordering from TRS for several years now. These guys are by far the best vendor in the industry. Hands Down!! . I have had several other vendors that say they would ship same day but many times fail to do so . TRS has never once let me down , and believe me I place many orders! When I place an order I know it will ship on time ( pending I place it before the cutoff of course ). Product is fantastic and the shipping options are plentiful (my favorite is UPS next day air).
I can’t honestly say anything bad about this company, as they are nearly flawless in every way. The owner is very responsive and cares about his customers . Many times he has answered my inquiries within minutes !

TRS is the best vendor I have ever had the pleasant experience of dealing with, for any product I have ever purchased. They have excellent prices for even better product. I recommend that anyone who is in the market for research substances use TRS. You will not be disappointed. The customer service is outstanding; they always respond to my emails within an hour no matter the time of day and have resolved any issue that happens to occur. The shipping is extremely quick; they ship the day of or at least the next day for all orders. I would rate them A+ in every category. I recommend TRS to everyone in the market for these research products. They are significantly better than any other vendor I have used, hands down.

During this past week I had Fed Ex overnight orders get stranded in Memphis, like so many others. So I tried TRS and was really impressed! Which has not happened in a while. One of the few vendors that use UPS as a shipping option. Both orders made it to me overnight while my other FedEx orders remain out of gas in Memphis... (That sounds like a country tune! Lol) And the product was very very good on top of the customer service being way above average. Excellent communications too!
