I wish I knew this before I ordered from them they took my money and never received anything it’s been four months isn’t that a shame how do you take money from people that worked very hard for it and think that they’re getting a good deal but at the end of the day are you getting scammed my God

Stay as far away from these rouge traders, cheap and nasty clothing. Positive reviews showing ladies in their purchases are all a scam. They have ripped off pictures, off official sites and put them all together to make you believe your getting quality items. The two items I received were not good enough to go the local charity shop out the packaging so went in the bin. A five year old, blind folded with a toy sowing machine could of made better. Save your money by staying away from Trusify based in China.

Pity there is no zero rating. Robbed by these cretins. Took my money and almost 2 months later still nothing received. May all the bad luck in the world befall them.

1 Founder is in Jail (Danny Boice) and the other Jennifer Mellon is running away, as she attempts to disassociate herself with the fraud and embezzlement that took place at the company. This company is being sued for Fraud and Embezzlement by Anchorage Capital and lost a judgment to their law firm for $240 thousand. Is being sued by their PR firm for $260 thousand and lost a judgment for failing to pay 8 employees.

As a private investigator for this company, My company is still owed $1,400.00 for Investigations completed for Trustify. The case manager gave the run around about payment saying that he needed to set up PayPal to make a payment and then I called him back a few days later and he stated that he doesn’t work for Trustify any longer and doesn’t know about payment. Danny Boice is a fraud and a criminal who should spend his remaining days in prison. If a class action lawsuit arises, count me in.

This company doesn't pay its investigators or employees. Owners are frauds. Stay away!!!!!

I was an investigator for Trustify and they have stolen money and time from my. I had three caseds assigned to me and I performed two of them. And I was about to start the third. I was told that the parole for that month would be mailed to investigators instead of being sent to direct deposit. Two weeks later they refused to answer calls and emails. I sent more that 25 emails with no response. Then a week later the phone lines were disconnected. I did not receive the 1300 dollars that I earned and it had now been 2 months later. Apparently the business is closed and they did not pay anyone. A week ago I received an automated email that there was a case available in my area which made me believe the business was still open and they were still accepting money from client since it had to be prepaid. But I have called and still got no answer. I've even sent more emails and did not receive a response. I am now waiting to hear About a class action suit I can join.

I have been unable to download the final report. I have tried calling to receive a hard copy which seems to be an impossible tasks. Why can I not have a hard copy mailed to me?

The PI that was hired for my case supposedly got to an accident on the night that he was going to do the work that you were supposed to do. Then two weeks later he finally went perform the duties I was billed for 15 hours and then PI put in seven hours. Situation question the PRI stated that nobody made an appearance. Yet eyewitness accounts for multiple individuals. In the neighborhood lead me to believe that the PI never even went to do the job.

I loved the concept of Trustify and really wanted to have a good experience. The website was frustrating to navigate/didn't allow for me to engage them there, but I was reassured once I called and immediately got connected to Wesley. He listened patiently to my concerns (I think my 14 yo son is being catfished), said they could help, quoted me a price and I happily gave him my credit card for almost $400. He said the investigator would call me to get all the details of the case. The investigator never called me - instead he (Jonathan S.) contacted me through their web messaging system which is kind of confusing and ponderous. It felt very impersonal. What's more, he seemed to feel like he already knew everything he needed to know. Not only were no additional questions asked, he came right out and told me before he even started that "his gut" tells him that yes, my son is being catfished and already had an idea of who or what it might be. No kidding, right? I also had a gut feeling about it which is why I decided to engage these people in the first place. Anyhow, 24 hours later I got a report from Jonathan that was a poorly written grammatical nightmare of a paragraph that basically told me less than I already knew from my own (free) Google searches. Even worse, the site clearly says you can communicate with your investigator and ask questions up to 72 hours after they provide your case file, and despite numerous inquiries and attempts to get follow up I've heard from neither Wesley, the initial intake person or the investigator. The whole experience has made me feel embarrassed and foolish for being so hopeful for help.

UPDATE: The folks at Trustify assigned a new investigator to me just as promised, and I had quick resolution to my case by an awesome PI. So the lesson here is that not all PIs are created equal, BUT I would definitely "trust" Trustify again!

I read the report. I honestly thought there would be more details, and specifics on what you found, especially for the price. You pretty much told me everything I already knew, I was looking for specifics.

My PI was excellent, professional, and timely. My only concern is that I think I could have gotten all of this info on my own for a fraction of the cost. That said, it was worth it to me to pay more I order to have someone else do the work.

I appreciate that an investigator was willing to take my case, but I paid to find a persons location and to obtain a photo of the individual. However in the end I am stuck still unknowing an address to the POI and found a photo of the individual on my own. I felt like I paid for nothing. I would not recommend this site since it was unable to help me.

They found exactly what I needed and were very good at communicating with me throughout the process.

I could not be more disappointed with the efforts or lack there of my investigator. He paid little attention to the details I provided, and only worked the obvious google search. He gave me no details for locating the family contacts i provided. His report consisted of "his not being able to find my person". What a complete waste of money!

Good experience. The PI and the staff were very cooperative and professional. Very professional and will always keep them handy whenever i need them.

I contacted Trustify to investigate a person i met and got a little suspicious about this person. Trustify helped me to find the truth in a very supportive manner. I will advise anybody who need help to make use of this highly rated company.

My experience with the first private investigator, Curtiss, was poor, but I was quickly reassigned a second private investigator, Billy. I liked Billy. He was attentive and responsive. He genuinely wanted to assist me on my search for the person of interest. However, I was disappointed with Trustify and the caliber of its private investigators. Even though I personally liked Billy, he was unable to find the person. Billy invested a lot of time and effort into the search. Alas, results matter. I paid for nothing but empty promises. I think Trustify gets a large volume of cases that are moderately easy, and when they get a particularly unique case they drop the ball. Overall, I didn't like the lack of results.
