when I called to return it they did not even want it back they gave me 85% off and refunded the money, and said keep it.

The Alphaheater was a bad buy as it doesn't do what it claims to. It doesn't provide much heat at all.
My email bounced back.
There doesn't appear to be any guarantee or returns policy.
I had thought it was a UK-based company but the heaters were shipped from America. The tracking was good.
The heaters arrived and functioned, used very little electricity but didn't produce much heat.
Overall a bad buy.
