Party of 6 food and drinks ordered at same time but food came out staggered so we all eat not together … had to chase for drinks which still wasn’t served before the meal. I had crispy chilli beef which was awful and over priced IMO. Burgers came without chips at £16 and again felt a ripoff. Chips came out not salted, had to ask for salt from disinterested waiters … was told after the order when food was being served they didn’t have one of the kids meal (should have been said at point of order) had to wait for a substitute. Table next to me complained about being charged for chips they didn’t receive. All in all awful experience Mac Donald’s would have been better, don’t think they will care they were so busy with the footfall they don’t need repeat business but wanted to take the time to say this after the aggressive way they took payment ( think there used to being challenged on the tip!)
