Trust wallet customer service robbed me and my friends of thousands of dollars they said we had to pay for taxes on the money we accumulated and then when we paid them they just kept saying we were late paying so we had late fees to pay for and we never got our money. Then just a little while ago trust wallet management reached out to me and said they will definitely get my funds to me if I paid them 100 dollars then it was 85 dollars then they wanted 72 dollars by that time I realized I ld never get my money from trustwallet dont get involved with them

Incredibile un vero vomito, qualsiasi cripto avete per poterla spostare o prelevare dovete sempre finanziare il vostro conto con altre cripto diverse perchè non c'è possibilità di fare transazioni dirette, la maggior parte delle volte per prelevare una cripto vi servono altre 3 cripto per poter effettuare la transazione, si prendono minimo il 40% di commissioni, fate veramente vomitare

Incredible, a real vomit, whatever crypto you have to be able to move or withdraw it you must always fund your account with other different cryptos because there is no possibility of making direct transactions, most of the time to withdraw a crypto you need another 3 cryptos to be able to make the transaction, they take at least 40% commissions, you really make me vomit

It's a total scam. They ask for around 30% network fee when you need to withdraw and you can't pay this fee with a crypto that you withdraw. They require to deposit or buy the network crypto. That's ridiculous. It's like stone age of crypto wallets. Avoid this wallet if you don't want to waste your crypto!!!!

Trustwallet is not a secured one, all of my funds had been withdrawn by somebody. Maybe it's an inside job. What's the use of secret phrase

I have token on there and it just tells me migration required, without actually providing any migration options. No info online. No support. Assets there but inaccessible. Money lost.

Do not use this company, I deposit money in to ETH but the funds went to USDC address. I tried to talk to support but the robot doesn't give a good answer, I sent so many emails but not reply.. please stay away from Trust wallet

Trust Wallet Support is absolutely useless. Trust Wallet put a Freeze on withdrawl and it's been Froze for weeks. Support just wants money for some kind of Compliant Collateral to investigate it. That's not right! They should have investigated already and lifted the Freeze by now. But Support won't even answer my emails!

I've never needed support. I've been using this wallet for years without problems.

I think I know why there are so many negative reviews about Trust Wallet. But I use this wallet for years, left some cryptos there without being exchanged or holded.
Recently I went for some exchanges through them and some other service providers. Apart from waiting a bit and not having all exchange options, I exchanged nearly all of my cryptos, and received fiat for them. No scammings or other bad things have happened. And I am not a coder, just a simple user. Much recommended! Thank you!

I heared about this wallet. And putted 100+ USDT in it. Next day I say and my wallet was clean sweated there was nothing not even the coin in which all my USDT was spent. I hate this wallet so much as someone who is new in cryptocurrency I wasn’t aware that this is a scam wallet. They are scammers and their system support scammers. Please avoid adding your hard earned money in this Shitty wallet.

Someone tried to first take $50,000 USD which I caught in time. This morning they got $68,000 USD even after multiple emails that that said not me.
