Your order was received on a Friday (after close of shipping) and shipped on the Monday), the auto email updates were sent with the order progress, unfortunately these may go into Spam. We emailed you 6 minutes after you brought this to our attention via email, with your tracking number (which confirms it was shipped on the Monday).
I feel the review is rather unfair considering you wrote before we had a chance to respond (you posted this a few minutes after you emailed us making us aware you hadn't received your shipping email).
