Water filters were never delivered on a $200+ order

Unfortunately I read these reviews after I had placed my order. My order was never received, it's impossible to contact the company, and now my credit card has fraudulent transactions on it. I believe that this company is a front for scammers - do not go near them!!

The one star is too much for this company. No phone number, can't get through on live chat. What a joke!! Order was pending and then bank acc. debited but no communication from the company. How are they still allowed to operate?

How is this company still allowed to operate? As another person mentioned, my card was fraudulently used for more than $250 worth of purchases over the weekend, and I suspect Tru Water was behind it. Order has been "pending" for nearly 2 months. Emails bounce back, phone number disconnected, clearly no intention to complete a transaction. Just taking money and skimming card details.

Ordered and got email confirmation and amounts debited from my Credit card. No shipment info received. No response to my email query. Their online chat function is not functional.

Complete scam. My alarm bells were ringing when they deducted my payment twice. After checking the reviews i had a short forth and back with them (quickly got the "you are banned, we are not home" mail) and initiated a charge back with my bank who said they are known to them. Make sure you document all conversations your attempts to cancel, asking for updates to get your money back from them (mails, screen shots from chat) within the the usual 30-60 days (check with your bank) when you were not careful and got scammed.

Ordered and paid for items which never arrived. Have been trying to contact them for months but never hear anything back.

Purchased a tap for a water filter at the start of February. Money taken and product has not materialised. According to the website the order is still processing. Found out too late that NSW Fair Trading is warning people not to do business with this company. This begs the question why don’t they shut them down. Looks like I’ve done me dough but hopefully my experience can save someone else from loosing their money. Additionally soon after purchasing from this company I had a large number of fraudulent transactions appear on my credit card. I can’t say for certain that this is related but this is the only company I’ve not regularly used around the same time.

WARNING STAY AWAY! SCAM website , took my money and order replied only once about the incorrect debit from my account then stopped replying due to NO DELIVERY...the product will not come! hopefully you are reading this prior to purchasing :(

Once upon a time I actually received a filter from them pre-Covid but have since lost money too him twice. They do not return your communication. They have been in court many times for scamming us and I still do not understand why the site has not been shut down by authorities. Hmmm, maybe we can start a petition to do so...

same as Filter My Water and Pure Healthy Water, same back end system.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Made an order in Dec 2022. Company replied us the first time claiming there was a backlog in orders and the order would be shipped out in Feb 2023. It obviously didn't occur as they then claimed there was no stock. We followed this up with them several times before they then stopped replying in July after we asked for a refund. It is now Feb 2024 and we have yet to receive the order OR our refund. There's a reason NSW Fair Trading issued a public warning against this company in 2022 and I can now only wish we had Googled and read it before we bought anything from this scam company.

This is a scam company. Never received my order and replied me after one year.
My money was stolen by this company.
Don’t buy anything from this company or owner!!!

It's now twelve months since I ordered and paid for two water filters for $99.00. NEVER buy anything from this company as they are pure scammers.

It's 2024, and this scamming company is still taking money off people. Mr Howitt is now another $170 richer. Close him down!

Took our money too, Hundreds of dollars and no supply of product. it's just a complete scam store (if there even is a store, found the reviews only after losing the money. These frauds should be in Jail

have dealt with this company in the past .no problems until last order on 31/10/23 .took money but supplied nothing .contacted via website 3x .no reply .found these reviews to late .

Stole our money and have not supplied goods. Will not reply to emails. No phone number available.
Live chat on website not available. Uncontactable bathpugs!
Company should be forced to close and their website blacklisted. Absolute shonky company
